The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate us
-
Super bruised my shin on the bed frame. It sticks out way too far on the corners

Great breakfast offers!
-
Clean room, pool and hot tub is accessible till 10pm. Breakfast is great.
-
Room was decent, but over priced. Breakfast was crap, unless you like egg shells in your eggs.
-
Good breakfast, close by restaurants and grocery store

Room felt dirty and had a smell. We asked if housekeeping would come to freshen up the room and we were told they were gone for the day at 4 pm. Thee was a power outage for hours and we couldn’t use the TV, AC, etc. They would not give us a discount for loss of use for hours. Only one elevator working throughout our stay. Would not recommend nor would return.

The hotel is nice but basic. The mattress was good but pillows were not of the same standard. They were lumpy and not comfortable. The hotel is located in the town center which is very convenient. In our opinion, expensive for what you get.

Happy hpur and breakfast. They also let me store my ebikes in the storage room ( with my locks) -it was great not hauling them into the room. The staff was knowledgable aboubt the path to th Rio Grande bike trail too- nice place.

We did not like the hand held shower. It was very inconvenient. For the high price that we paid, we would have liked a regular shower. We did not like the fact that either at check in or at check out, the deposit amounts were not explained to us. Even when we asked explicitly at checkout, we were not told. We found out later while looking at the credit card statement. When the amounts are greater than $800, I think it is irresponsible that the hotel staff would not disclose it to us. When I called, the excuse given was the employee was a trainee. That was true, but there was also a senior employee at the desk. So there was no excuse for the information to be disclosed to us. Every other hotel on our trip told us clearly what the deposit amounts were. Overall, the hotel is not worth the exorbitant prices.

The property was well maintained with a great location and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants.

We wish they had told us about water filter station to refill our water bottles. We had to keep buying water. We would go back, but would not recommend parking there ( 50$ ) a night and they have some resort fees for bike rental which we didnot use. Will recommend however!
