Nice clean modern hotel with friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Had to ask for clean towels as they were not replaced one day. Toilet paper wasn’t restocked.

The location is perfect close to aspen(30 min drive) and glenwood springs we enjoyed the free bikes they offered to ride around basalt.10/10

There was complementary coffee in the morning, complementary beer and wine was offered by hotel. Very nice of them. However it was not informed at the time of check in, so we were not able to enjoy them.

When I checked in, I realized my room didn’t have the bathtub I had specifically booked. The front desk quickly resolved the issue by providing new keys & helping me move to the correct room, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was a wonderful surprise. It was beautifully designed, & the bathroom deserves 1,000 stars. It was spacious, spotless, thoughtfully decorated, & the tub was exactly what I needed after a long, emotional couple of days. The bedroom also had a cozy, comfortable feel that made it easy to relax. The shuttle driver was outstanding—friendly, engaging, & incredibly helpful. He truly went above & beyond & made every interaction enjoyable. There were a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast service, especially ordering a latte, was quite slow & lacked a sense of urgency. The front desk manager on the morning I checked out was unfortunately not very helpful, which was disappointing after such excellent experiences with the rest of the team. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable, & I was surprised that a hotel of this caliber doesn’t offer room service. Overall, the beautiful accommodations and the exceptional service from most of the made the stay.

The hotel was in excellent condition, everything looked very new and classy. My room was spacious and clean. I had a real bathtub that was actually deep for a nice bath. I had a beautiful view from my window of a lake and a mountain. The food was excellent as well. The staff was very friendly.
