If average was a hotel this would be it. Not saying it’s a bad thing. Normal hotel.

The friendliness the minute we arrived, specially a young lady at the front desk most of the time, name I think started with K?? Everyone would go out of their way to please and how clean.. we stopped going to another hotel not far from there because of the lack of. And same cost... We plan to stay there again since we go at least once or twice a year to visit family No bread at breakfast.. but there were bagles.

I didn't get up until 11a.m. The service and room were excellent.

The biggest issue was the breakfast. I paid almost $300 for my stay, and I was charged $80 for breakfast for three people. However, they only provided two breakfast vouchers, so I had to pay for the additional breakfast myself. The breakfast is advertised at around $11.99, plus about $4 for a beverage, so I really don’t understand how I was charged $80 for three people. The breakfast was also very limited and disappointing for the price. I expected much better, especially considering the amount I paid. I would appreciate an explanation for the $80 breakfast charge. Money is not a problem, the problem is expect something better than you’re offering.

Also it was a plus the free breakfast and coffee which we definitely enjoyed! Honestly highly recommended!

Staff were friendly. Good hot breakfast with waffle maker. Rooms were cleaned and there were plenty of parking space. Would stay again if in the area next time.

Lobby and hallways were clean and smelled fresh, I wish I could say the same for the room. For a hotel that tells you at the counter that there a no smoking hotel and there is a 250.00 fine for doing so, the room shouldn’t smell like an old cigarette. Room was musty and reeked of cigarettes and bad decisions.

Very clean room, nice staff, comfortable beds...the only negative is the room had a weird smell. I always bring air freshener and it did not even take care of it.
