First time in Baton Rouge. Great location for LSU visit. Breakfast was awesome! Staff super friendly and helpful and fun! Room was perfect! Will definitely be back.

Our stay here was just ok. While the staff is cordial and helpful, the hotel is in need of repairs and a better maintenance schedule. We stayed in 2 different rooms due to a change of travel plans. The first one had an air conditioner that loudly rattled (in LR and BR side). We had to turn tv volume way up to hear and rattling also kept us awake. The second room had a shower that wouldn’t fully turn on…the diverter was done. We took a shower under a trickle while the floor of the tub filled up with disgusting looking water because the drain didn’t work properly either. We were grossed out by debris in the water. The location is convenient and the suite arrangement is nice but a check on maintenance needs to be a priority.

Great property. The only issue we had was an extremely loud A/C. It rattled most of the night - rooms were full because of Freshman move-in and we had a long day - too tired to tell the staff but figured they wouldn’t be able to do much.

We did not stay , would not accept our reservations Staff- rude , not helpful . Specially the man at the counter when we arrived - really rude!

Unexpected breakfast amenity suite. Front desk staff is wonderful!

The property was near campus. The shower/tub was not clean, had some hair and dirt as if someone had just had a bath.

Clean rooms and pleasant staff. Only one elevator working so had to wait a while sometimes. Convenient location. Breakfast buffet was sparse but am sure everyone can find at least something to their liking. Coffee available 24 hours.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and I absolutely love it! The rooms are wonderful and spacious and extremely clean! The staff is absolutely incredible especially Peter who went above and beyond to resolve an issue that I had! I have to go back-and-forth several times a day to LSU and this property is extremely convenient for that, in addition the breakfast is delicious! Highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel like family during their stay!
