There was blood on the bed sheets ,the tub was dirty, poor tv quality ,unprofessional staff and the food was overpriced.

I checked in and had an accident before I checked in and with blood all over my face the girls at the desk was more worried about laughing then actually helping me. Pretty awful. They don’t disclose the fact that they charge you $20 for WiFi rec and parking. Crazy cause we never got told the WiFi password despite asking and didn’t park (we used a taxi the whole time).just fair warning if you decided to stay there . Additionally, we asked for more towels and the old ones got taken, but we never got more towels to our room. How are we supposed to shower with no towels?

The place was absolutely spotless everywhere he looked and the staff was excellent accommodating and helpful

We only had hot water for 1 of the 4 days we were there.

This was the perfect location for freshman orientation. The hotel was clean and well maintained with a friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again.

I liked having a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The breakfast selection could have been better.

I stayed here in the past and had a great experience. My experience last night was poor. The room I reserved over a month ago was given to someone else. My husband and I had to sleep in a double. Beds were too small so we had to sleep separately. The bathroom was too small for two people. Hopefully next time the experience will be better.

Smallest rooms I’ve seen in a hotel in the USA. It’s as if they’re using the Turkish hotel model in there.
