Clean room, breakfast and washer and dryer.

The room was full of bugs. Earwigs, spiders and a centipede in the shower. Under the bed was a strange amount of dirt, dust clumps and bugs. One was a roach or some sort of beetle. The front desk is behind bulletproof glass and when I tried to show them the photos of the bugs I just photographed they walked away and would not talk to us. When I called Expedia the Expedia rep said they would call the hotel and email them.

The “breakfast” was, well, useless Both juice dispensers were out of order and what was there was pathetic. Everything about the building is tired and could use an updating.
-
Nice pool, decent room, terrible landscaping. 2 broken down cars in parking lot. Good breakfast.
-
All the juice machines were out of order during breakfast. TV was iffy at first and I was told Comcast wld b there next day...I was only staying one day.

You get what you pay for. The entire facility is outdated and the cleaning was less than spectacular. The entire place absolutely reeked of pot. The pool area was a teenage party well after 11pm on a Thursday night. The concierge was behind bulletin proof glass. However, the room was huge and a great price. Breakfast was mostly edible.

O.K.

It was a nice place to stay at
-
Pros: tile floor in rooms (not dated carpet), clean sheets, a pool that looked inviting. Cons: Hallways and exterior need basic cleaning, talking to cashier behind glass a little surprising, but safety first, I understand. $90 still a bit high for the quality. Wouldn't stay again.

We reluctantly decided stay since it was already paid for. The check-in desk was covered with bulletproof glass and I had to slip my ID through a slot like a criminal. The breakfast area was filthy, I took pictures and would love to attach them. Waffle batter all over the counter, crud in the sink, dirty countertop. The whole experience was disappointing and disgusting. We obviously won’t be back.

The doors are locked at night so it’s a pain have to wait for staff to let you in or out
-
The hallways spelled…. Animal pee
-
They lose a star for no elevator and for trying to make you eat breakfast only in the breakfast room. Otherwise no issues.

Needs updated. did not like that the reception area is behind glass, makes it feel like an unsafe neighborhood.

Let’s start with check-in. I walk in and they have a sign to call a number for help that they have stepped out. Finally get in my room and great AC is on and it’s summer but they have it set to 63° and I have kids, but whatever blankets and turned it up. Climb in the bed and it’s hard and you could feel every spring and hear them. Glad they had a last minute room but for $150 a decent bed would pleasant. I would not return solely because of the bed.

The room was clean but the vanity light worked only sometimes and the shower had very little water pressure. Broken glass in the parking area. We left early morning and returned late at night. They had refreshed the room but did not leave any coffee. When went to front desk and asked for coffee the person asked if the room had a coffee maker (wouldn’t need coffee if no coffee maker).

This place has cockroaches- the rooms have ceilings with cracks, paint chips, mismatched paint spots…
-
One problem was the slow drain in the hand sink.
-
-Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were nice -Continental breakfast included -Free parking -Within walking distance to restaurants/welcome center/trail Cons -staff were rude to youth -lack of garbages in areas (piling up) -no elevator -bathroom was very small Notes Appearance Room was clean upon arrival and the hotel appeared to be clean. However it is very outdated throughout the entire building and the lighting is very dark. The reception area is enclosed with glass, claiming they just didn't take it down after COVID, but I believe it may be because of the area. Breakfast Though it comes with a free contential breakfast there is no variety day to day (if you are a more picky eater). Some options included: apple & orange juice, tea & coffee, bananas, waffles, cereal, bagels, egg patties and sausage patties, donuts and sliced bread

Disgusting cheap, not well taken care of. Some drug dealing was happening, along with prostitution. Very old and run down… not in the best area either. Would not stay there again. Rooms are extremely small, not all the outlets work in the room, so unable to charge electronics.
