Needs updated. did not like that the reception area is behind glass, makes it feel like an unsafe neighborhood.

Let’s start with check-in. I walk in and they have a sign to call a number for help that they have stepped out. Finally get in my room and great AC is on and it’s summer but they have it set to 63° and I have kids, but whatever blankets and turned it up. Climb in the bed and it’s hard and you could feel every spring and hear them. Glad they had a last minute room but for $150 a decent bed would pleasant. I would not return solely because of the bed.

The room was clean but the vanity light worked only sometimes and the shower had very little water pressure. Broken glass in the parking area. We left early morning and returned late at night. They had refreshed the room but did not leave any coffee. When went to front desk and asked for coffee the person asked if the room had a coffee maker (wouldn’t need coffee if no coffee maker).

This place has cockroaches- the rooms have ceilings with cracks, paint chips, mismatched paint spots…

One problem was the slow drain in the hand sink.

-Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were nice -Continental breakfast included -Free parking -Within walking distance to restaurants/welcome center/trail Cons -staff were rude to youth -lack of garbages in areas (piling up) -no elevator -bathroom was very small Notes Appearance Room was clean upon arrival and the hotel appeared to be clean. However it is very outdated throughout the entire building and the lighting is very dark. The reception area is enclosed with glass, claiming they just didn't take it down after COVID, but I believe it may be because of the area. Breakfast Though it comes with a free contential breakfast there is no variety day to day (if you are a more picky eater). Some options included: apple & orange juice, tea & coffee, bananas, waffles, cereal, bagels, egg patties and sausage patties, donuts and sliced bread

Disgusting cheap, not well taken care of. Some drug dealing was happening, along with prostitution. Very old and run down… not in the best area either. Would not stay there again. Rooms are extremely small, not all the outlets work in the room, so unable to charge electronics.

The place was dirty and the breakfast was spoiled.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The pool was not opened till 11 and no elevators

It was clean and nice. Breakfast always pretty good for a hotel ( waffle, sausage, egg, cereal and oatmeal). The room was clean and nice. Although the room has some small broken things . Pointed out and was not charged and didn't effect my stay The pool was nice. The workout room was small. Over all I would recommend.

The next morning I complained to the front desk. There was no other room available so I agreed to leave and let them do a deep cleaning. There was no offer to compensate me for my discomfort and I would have to talk to the manager about it on Monday. Monday came and I had to get the manager myself. There was no pass down to notify him. Again, no offer to address the situation without prompting. This time another manager has to make the decision. Tuesday morning, new manager, no contact, no pass down, and no offer for addressing the situation. I ask for resolution and notification of same for when I return that evening so I know the situation before check out the next morning. No message waiting and when I check out the first manager is there, has to call the second, and only offers a 15% discount on the first night because I used Hotels.com

Plenty of parking. Staff was helpful and friendly.

While using the hot tub there was a horrible alarm sound going g off the whole time. Hard to relax. Breakfast was not up to par.

Redheaded white manager with glasses was really polite. At least it was cheap Pool was nice.. although anyone sitting in the lobby is like feet from a big windows that just shows right into the pool area so that was a bit creepy. Stash was eh. Couple of the male staff made a couple of us uncomfortable. If you stay here, you'll see what I mean. The cleaning staff was polite. Females at the desk, not so much. FELLOW FEMALES- This is right on the edge of downtown. And its not a particularly safe environment if you are alone. Especially if you are a smoker and plan to stand outside for any length of time. Keep your key card ready to use when you walk back into the building from your vehicle. Even during the day, loud arguments and sketchy people hanging around the entrance.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Booked a jacuzzi suite and the executive one is much bigger than the other, along with having a kitchen space and dining area. Pool and jacuzzi were both clean and pool was a nice, warm temperature! Staff was helpful as well. The location is great, lots of places to walk to and explore. Will definitely stay again!

The check-in was nice. The beds were good. The TV was good. The bathroom was good. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were good. We had no water for showers or toilets for seven hours. No other options were offered to us for using a toilet or anything like that. Also out in the parking lot from 9 PM to 11 PM. People in cars parked playing their stereos very loud. I had to go to the manager and complain.
