It's close to Kellogg Arena & a quarter of the price. It's nothing really all that special, but it's a good value. There is a pool & hot tub.

Did not give me the room I paid for i wanted a king bed and they gave me two double bed when I said something they said they have no more rooms available then they did not clean my room the whole time I was there

Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was ok Room was very clean. Hole in the bathroom wall due to no doorstop. Bathtub plug would not seal.

Cold water didn't work in jacuzzi so was able to use it. Very little toilet paper ran out before more let alone 12 check out

The location was convenient and the check-in process itself could have been straightforward. I had a very concerning experience when I arrived at the hotel. A male receptionist of Indian origin asked me to pay a deposit in cash. I handed over the deposit, but when I requested a receipt or any written proof confirming that I had paid the money, he refused to provide one. I insisted several times because I wanted proof of the cash payment, but he continued to refuse and told me that I would not be allowed to check in if I did not accept this. I find this extremely concerning and I believe the property should investigate this incident and identify the employee involved. I am specifically mentioning that he was a male receptionist of Indian origin so that management can identify who was working at the reception desk at the time. Furthermore, I have seen other guest reviews mentioning similar situations involving cash deposits that were allegedly not returned. This makes me concerned that this may be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident.
