Very convenient. Amole oarking at the neighboring convention center. A bit complicated navigating between the two. Very clean. A bit upscale. Would be great for an extended, company paid stay.

What a shit show and will never be staying again. First off I cancle a room and then make a reservation forn4 nights . This establishment did not cancle my room like they stated they did, they then refused to honor the discount code for the room after I cancled the first room. The manager on Wednesday afternoon was rude and very unprofessional. 9/23/2026. Came fpr the csi state pool tournament. I specifically asked for early check in i get there at 2pm room isnt ready , but if you wanna pay an extra 50$ right now your room is ready. If not come back at 4pm I came back at 415 to be told my room wasnt ready and had to wait. I asked then about a refunded she laughed at me , I said if check in is 4pm you just tried exporting me for. An extra 50 $ and room is ready now wtf. To Thursday morning asking the front desk for a cpl extra room shower towels.and toilet paper as room was never left with an extra roll. We were told no you cant have any towels as we dont really have extra. I mean 2 towels.for a room that accommodates 4 people. Guaranteed I will not be staying here again. The room was filthy with dirty washcloths under the sink , smoke detector lights went off all night long. Sounded like a band playing in the room next to us at 4am with a tuba, trumpet and another Instrument being played at 4 fucking am. Beer is overpriced , hotel front desk was very unfriendly. To coffee being spilled in the lobby friday morning , no sign put up I should of slipped and sued you id own this establishment. O ya thats coffee I called someone to clean it up, I mean for fuck sake how hard is it for the front desk to put a wet floor sign up , or grab a mop.and take care of it absolutely disgusting. To think 1200 plus people come here. I will be back next year but guaranteed I will not be staying here and take my 1100 $ and get a air bnb. Bath exhaust fan didnt work , bath tub drain is plugged and shower would back up.

Excellent food, variety and wait staff. Jojo was awesome!! Limited easy parking.

We stayed one night with two young kids and it was great. Very quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Nice, clean pool area. The only downside was in the evening we couldn’t get a parking spot out front and had to park in the garage. The walk from the garage to the room was relatively long. Especially if you forgot the baby’s pacifier in the car and had to turn around and head right back. 20 minutes later, I was back to the room with the Paci.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again

Lovely hotel, felt very comfortable, only issue was no Kleenex, shower gel was empty and no back up TP which was needed.

Nothing Being able to get into our room at check in time. And not having to get ready for a wedding in the hotel lobby restroom. Would not recommend this hotel!

We had a queen room and both beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows went flat as soon as you lay on them. They don't provide free breakfast. The restaurant inside is a little pricey for the cold breakfast and coffee. I would stay again if needed but will bring my own pillow and I wouldn't eat at the restaurant.

Breakfast was served at the alloy restaurant. I had to pay for it extra. It was a great value though. My bathroom floor and entry way was sticky.

We stay at this location once a year (this year twice). Love the pool & restaurant. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Hot tub was out of order both times we stayed this year
