We stay at this location once a year (this year twice). Love the pool & restaurant. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Hot tub was out of order both times we stayed this year

Room and facilities were clean. Parking lot was small and full both days we stayed, you have to drive further to their overflow parking deck as a result. Staff at check-in counter had an attitude. It was very off putting the moment we arrived. I was going to let it go but my partner noticed it as well and brought it up as we walked to the elevator.

Nothing liked Booking.com didn’t make payment to hotel and hotel front desk employee kicked us out of room. Both booking.com and hotel treatment is very painful and unpleasant and acceptable

Nothing I liked Front desk staff member MR.Jeningeson was very rude and harsh. He kicked us out of rooms though we have booked for 2 days and booking.com site already paid to hotel. He sounds like racist and deliberately troubled though I’ve shown payment receipts. He bluntly told us to contact booking.com later his manager shown up and that lady resolved issue in 5 mins and given us access cards to enter room. She offered complimentary breakfast for the harassment done by her staff member. But we denied. It’s overall horrible experience and I never ever get into this hotel again

Stayed for a big wrestling tournament at the convention center! Location was great!! Not having breakfast was not ideal, but we made it work!!

I like everything about this place, especially the parking using the room key to access parking. The staff was very nice and Preston was very helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows.

This is a super updated fresh, and clean hotel right in the heart of Battle Creek. You can walk anywhere you may need to go; the area feels safe. The staff is super helpful and the pool was great!

Two of the three elevators were out of service during our stay. The hot tub was "Out of Order". The restaurant on the top floor was closed. If Double Tree is going to limit amenities, they should be noted on the website, so the customer can make an informed decision on whether to stay there.

Rooms were not available at check-in time. Lounge/bar/restaurant - all 3 venues not open when our group wanted to gather. Staff were borderline rude, had a very bossy attitude
