Brought our dog and had no issues. The on property dog area was really awesome!

I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Stayed for a big wrestling tournament at the convention center! Location was great!! Not having breakfast was not ideal, but we made it work!!
-
Everything fantastic no complaints

I like everything about this place, especially the parking using the room key to access parking. The staff was very nice and Preston was very helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows.

This is a super updated fresh, and clean hotel right in the heart of Battle Creek. You can walk anywhere you may need to go; the area feels safe. The staff is super helpful and the pool was great!

Two of the three elevators were out of service during our stay. The hot tub was "Out of Order". The restaurant on the top floor was closed. If Double Tree is going to limit amenities, they should be noted on the website, so the customer can make an informed decision on whether to stay there.

Rooms were not available at check-in time. Lounge/bar/restaurant - all 3 venues not open when our group wanted to gather. Staff were borderline rude, had a very bossy attitude

Amazing staff. Clean facility. Cookie was delicious as always. Just with their was water station near check-in and able to YouTube tv as an app without casting from phone.

I ate at Alloy and sat at the bar. Ashley was very friendly, professional, and pleasant to talk with. We had a great conversation, and she made the experience very enjoyable. The restaurant was fairly slow at first, but there were three wedding parties staying at the hotel, and once they started coming in, the place became extremely busy. It was impressive to watch Ashley and Taylor handle the rush. They stayed organized, attentive, and never missed a beat with their customers despite how crowded it became. Excellent customer service and teamwork from both of them. Way to go, ladies! Keep up the great work. Nothing , hotel was great.

Very nice staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great and was able to walk to get dinner at Griffins. Wish the restaurant stayed open later so we could have checked it out.

The staff here seems like they haven't been trained in hospitality. We were given a different room at check in but not told. A king became two beds for my wife and I. They said they were overbooked even though we made the reservation well in advance. The morning of check out, we called the front desk to get two bath towels. They said we would have to come down 14 floors to get them. When I went down, they handed me one towel, then laughed it off when I was upset. The parking here is inconvenient and separate. The hot tub was broken. Breakfast is $22 per person for buffet. Very nice hotel for this area but a lot to be desired for a Hilton.

Whitney and Preston did their best to get us to a lower floor, got us into parking before we could check in and gave us drink pass and cookie since we had to wait for a half of an hour after check in time to get our room. Room was not ready at check in. After request did not place me on the lowest floor.

Location was great. The restaurant should be open longer to accommodate guests. You need more handicapped closer parking for the elderly.
-
Need more bartender help. Having all the on site bars closed at the same time isnt convenient for business travelers.
-
Parking isn't the greatest, but it works. There is a parking garage near by.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff was very helpful and friendly! Whenever we are in the area, this is our top choice! Parking isn't the greatest, but it works. There is a parking garage near by.

The restaurant downstairs the Alloy is phenomenal and love that the arena is attached.
