Very good

There was a very large crowd that arrived right before us, our room was given away, but the staff put us in another room. It wasn’t as expected, but was nice nonetheless.

Location rooms were never actually cleaned. Beds had dirt, food crumbs and others things on the them. piles of dust scattered across the floors, bathrooms stink heavily of urine. Either have spider infestation or heavy on the bed buds. Had two urgent care visits due to staying in the rooms during a two week period.

It was easy on and off the highway and a place to sleep.

Very poor management.

Both rooms stunk of mildew and other disgusting smells. The first one had no wastebasket or closet/wardrobe to hang our clothes. At first, when I mentioned the smell, they refused to move me. But when I went back and complained about the smell and something else, they moved us to another room which stank less. Also, the window would not lack so anyone could’ve entered our room through that window at any time. We had stayed at this place a couple of years prior and liked it and wanted to stay again. But this and other Wyndham properties have become to be in such bad shape that I don’t plan on staying here or potentially and the other Wyndham property again.

I rented a room with a jetted tub. The room had a strong odor that I couldn’t put a name to. The office chair was broke. Quickly upon filling the spa tub the front desk called and said there was water leaking into the room below. We were moved into a new room that smelled like a smoking room that had been tried to be cleaned. There was a spa tub in this room and the drained leaked. It couldn’t keep water. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattress sagged to the middle of the bed. Also every day we came track to the hotel we had to have our keys reconfigured at the front desk. Random dogs were running down the halls.

There were a lot work trucks/ hoses outside the building; it looked kind of junky; it wasn’t travelers, it’s up against the building

Pool hours were great. The lady at the desk when we arrived was very welcoming. Kid friendly hotel The pool was a bit dirty, hair and bandaids in and out of the pool. The hot tub was overfilled and bubbled up into your face. The carpet definitely needed vacuum. The waffles stuck to the maker no matter what you do

Not enough toiletry supplies. Grounds were messy.

The room was clean, the pool was not very clean. Dirty water to much floating hair, dead bugs. Hot tub was enjoyable. Breakfast was not very desirable.
