Very friendly staff , room very clean , love the hot and pool , with exercise to a plus . Bar and restaurant very good with excellent service snd staff . Would stay again and recommend to friends and family if needed to stay

This hotel was beautifully updated, the lobby and restaurant were beautiful when you first walk in - a good mix of modern and rustic. We booked the suite and it was an amazing deal! The price was excellent for how nice it was! We only stayed one night but regretted not booking a second. Staff was very friendly! There is NOT an outdoor pool, but there is a small indoor one with a hot tub. If you are booking for the pool perhaps find different accommodations but if you want a relaxing stay in a lovely hotel, it is perfect!

Very nice rooms. Clean, re modeled recently! (Renovation going on) Very good value to the money especially considering the Bay City riverfront which is ten minutes away!

The suites are very nice! Clean and comfortable. Nice bathrooms. The outside pool is closed permanently, only downside .

The rest of the facility was dated and reminded me of a golf club that has gone bankrupt. There was no complimentary breakfast. A single backless stool provided the only place to sit, except the bed.

The BEST room weve stayed in a while!!

No staff for the breakfast buffet. The room was empty knocked on the kitchen door, waited about 10 minutes then went elsewhere for breakfast.

My room was very clean, and very close to Saginaw state University. I was so happy to find this hotel after a long day at a conference and cancelling two other hotels. The grounds were nice but needs a little landscaping cleanup. I was very happy with my stay , that would be my only tip
