Breakfast was good, comparative to others. Staff great! Moldy smelling hallways and our 4th floor room. Carpet in our room felt we. When I spilled a little water on the ceramic floor in my room and wiped it up so no one would slip the wash cloth, wiping it up made the wash cloth filthy. Elevator was hardly working or very very slow. We took the stairs 95% of the time. Walking distance from some nice places though.

Would not recommend, rooms were not ready or clean. Customer service was not good. I am a ferquent traveler and have rented many Hotel rooms and Vrbo's. This by far was a very stressful and unnecessary exprience.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Really great place to stay. There was a bit of a smokey smell because there was carpet all over.

Lovely facitity, near River Walk, shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and BONUS for pillows being just right. Shower pressure, good! Decent breakfast to start the day. I'd stay again.

Rarely was anyone at the front desk. Calls went to a message machine. Two nights in a row ZERO parking. Had to wait until staff left their shift and 2nd night had to create one. Didn’t clean our room the second day, our do not disturb sign was not on. Then when they finally did it. Very minimal.

The room was clean. Breakfast was the usual. Coffee was good and available all day. I think the location was great as it was within walking distance to many restaurants downtown. We were able to park our motorcycles under the awning. Walked to a nearby cigar lounge. I would recommend and return. Good value.

Lock was broken on our door to the room, asked us if it was ok to leave the latch to keep the door open when we left our room. We told them no way. They ended up making things right by giving us a suite for the night.

Great stay for the price. Clean, central.

Fixtures and especially the carpeting are showing it's age. Parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all guests vehicles. I had to park out on the street one night.

Very clean rooms and the staff very friendly. Great location to watch the Bay City Fireworks
