Great property. We love the location. The staff was friendly, very helpful and had great personalities.

Great hotel.

It was clean Could be a little more parking, need more/better pool towels, pretty pricey for one night.

The hotel is very close to a number of restaurants and is very well maintained.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. The only issue I had was its walkability to downtown. Just a bit far otherwise great!

The shower was really difficult to regulate the temperature. Closet door was hard to open/close. Towel bar placement didn't make sense.

Our room was very clean; the elevator was not. It was in obvious need of a good vacuuming. The staff was very friendly, but not always readily available. I think they need more help. Parking was advertised as free but once there they had signs posted that there would be a charge of $5 per night. While that's nominal, I feel if I am paying to stay at your hotel, I should not have to pay to park my car there. Also, the hotel is advertised as being "riverfront" but technically it is not. That was disappointing.

Really comfortable and large king room. We loved staying here for a family visit. My son, his wife and 2 kids stayed in the same room next door and, with the pullout bed and an added pack and play for their baby, it was quite comfortable for the 4 of them. The ONLY drawback to the rooms is the lack of a microwave oven but there's one available next to the front desk if needed.

The staff was great. Room was very clean and spacious. Great view of the River and close to eateries and activities. Nice location!

Room did not have a microwave as advertised. Also, this location said they are starting to charge for parking.... but it's a shared parking lot with other businesses, so that didn't make any sense. I wasn't charged at the property, but it might have been included when I booked.

Not much. Location was good Checked in for a king suite but was given a double queen instead as they were out of kings? Then didn't get any room service (beds changed, towels had to fetch, multiple issues there) until the final night of the stay. Even asked the front desk numerous times for service. They do not care apparently. Then tried to hit us with 5 dollars a day parking and we didn't have a car? We came from out of town and family got us. They refunded it but the site and booking showed free parking.

Sa;rah at the front desk gave us a lovely room at the end of the hallway. It was amazing for the view and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay,. Elijah made a very nice espresso martini that we sipped while watching the sun set over the river.

It was clean. That I booked a room for 6 adults and there was only beds for 5. The pullout was a twin. Staff didn't care that it was a problem and just said sorry.

The bed was not comfortable and appeared to be broken, there was one towel for use and no breakfast. For a hotel at this cost, more amenities would have been nice!

The room had an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke. Management refused to move us and give any type of refund. They did give us certificates for breakfast the following morning which wasn’t open due to computer issues. I will never stay here again
