-
rooms were clean and staff was nice

I made me reservation for a premium updated king and when I checked in they said the room wasn’t finished with the remodel so they put me in a old not remodeled king suite that was in terrible shape and said they didn’t have any other rooms available. The room smelled bad (old) the tub had a patch in it that if you step on it it felt like you would fall through. The keypad on the door wouldn’t work so they had to have maintenance come up and change out the entire locking mechanism. Took them two hours to get that done. Was sadly disappointed in the entire process.

The Hollydeck bar is such a nice place to relax, listen to the band and catch your favorite football games.

We had a reservation and they did not have a room for us. But they comped a room to someone right beside us
-
Over booked our rooms and to stay at a motel 6 horrible experience
-
Rooms could be cooler
-
I thought the hotel was very nice and we loved the lazy river and the pool. Smoke coming for the casino, but I know there’s nothing you can do about that!
-
The rooms are really dated and the tub/ shower area was rusted, the ac unit takes a while to cool the room and it's motion sensored, and carpets were very stained. The cost to stay did not equate to the room.
-
everything The cigarette smoke smell at the entrance and to the hotel desk
-
There's plenty to do ,from relaxing in the lazy river or pool ,playing a round of golf or watching your favorite sports at the Hollydeck bar ,overlooking the Mississippi sound. I definitely recommend this hidden gem.

Check in was problematic. I used this third party booking service and the hotel claimed they didn't have the reservation despite my confirmation number so they recharged me for a night separately; now I have contacted Expedis and the hotel, who both will not talk to each other sufficiently despite my evidence of two receipts. So now I am out two nights and I'm still awaiting resolution. Who will stand in the gap for the customer?? Certainly not Hollywood Resort Casino nor in this case Expedia.
