The room smelled so strongly of dog pee that its nauseating after a while and the floors were dirty and spider webs were in the room like no one had stayed there in awhile and they didn't bother freshening up for guests to stay. The first room they put us in the AC didn't work so had to switch rooms. The drain plug was broken and wouldn't stay open so I had to use a bar of soap to keep the drain open so the water would drain while showering. Overall not impressed

The property looked ok and the room seemed clean but didn't smell good. We went to Walmart to get air freshener and eat supper. Got back to the room and there were several roaches. We went to the front desk and got a refund and went to the hotel across the street

This is a no freels, utilitarian property. It’s older and the outside is dated and could use some care. But, the room itself was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be clean and the room smelled fresh. The AC was very loud but it kept the room comfortable in the South Mississippi heat. There are not many amenities, but there are not many options in Bay St. Louis.

The location was perfect for my activity. It was close to the beach and shopping. I had a few mishaps when I first checked in but the staff was very helpful and quick to fix my issues.

Great location Dirty!! Room had roaches and bugs all in the corners of the room. Outside the doors were piles of cigarette butts. Staff stated roaches were due to the rain but not sure cause it was gross.
