I enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning.

Great location, served its purpose

Breakfast was good. The lady who serve breakfast was nice, friendly and alway smiling

Staff assistance came through for me — no microwaves in room but they sent one up to my room when I asked.

However our room was fading the street, the windows are very poorly insultant so it got really loud

Old hotel, needs complete renovation.

A hotel that needs a major upgrade (I am sure it was once a grand hotel); sad that I had to ask for extra blankets and a heater due to no heating. Also the room was too small as well. Otherwise the breakfast was good and my floor was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

The reason for my choice of the hotel was primarily the location, and the convenience of ample parking. But I found that the staff were very helpful, particularly Nirmala, Nick and Haroon, who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My stay was for two visits, with a cruise trip in between. They were very helpful in keeping one of our bags while we were away. The housekeeping staff were also very attentive to our needs, making sure we had enough condiments, and the towels were changed as required. I must mention also the the proximity of restaurants, particularly Canton Manor, the Chinese restaurant was excellent. The breakfast provided was also imaginative, with changes to the menu now and then. I would certainly like to stay there again if I am in the Flushing/ Northern Blvd. area.

Kind of old and nothing fancy. Air conditioner made some funny noises Pretty expensive for this type of place. StAFF was amazing

This place was perfect, great staffs, everyone was so nice. The breakfast was delicious, great area, lots of shop nearby. I would 10000000% recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast was really pretty good. However, the access for guests to the floors and rooms is not. there are two different staircases on each end of the main building, but these are for fire exit only. no access to main lobby. All guests have to wait for a small, SLOW elevator, and little to no help is offered to guests standing around waiting for the elevator. Go across the street to Best Western you will be much better off.

Room was cold, heat to room was already turned off. Small heater was given that blew circuit breaker. Room was very small
