Very nice staff, small fitness room, there was a lot going on in the lobby, a flood had happened and their elevator had just stopped working. But overall it wasn’t too bad.

Breakfast is good, location also good, half an hour travel to penn station on manhattan. Price could be lower, it is really expensive

Room was not ready on time had to take a different room. Booked a queen had to take a double

Clean Room great atmosphere

Room was very clean, breakfast was good, staff was always helpful. We had a car and there was always parking. It is a short ride to the LIRR to get into the city or if you want to take the bus or subway, the bus stop is just a block away. I would definitely stay there again!

The restaurant within the hotel is delicious, the included breakfast was outstanding. Fresh and healthy options available every morning. Front desk staff was exceptional, very professional and accommodating. This Best Western will definitely remain on my top accommodation list when visiting St. John’s University in Queens.

They have clean rooms, good amenities and a great staff

The room was very clean and a very reasonable size for NY. It was in a nice area and very safe. The staff was welcoming and helpful. My only complaints were that the free breakfast didn't start until 7 and I had to leave just before that, and the room was cold and the thermostats in the rooms don't work after they shut off the heat and switch to air conditioning. It was explained that it's an old system. They apologized and stated they had portable heaters if I had called the desk. I would stay there again.

That the heat is currently off and only ac is working. But they did give me a space heater and that did help. It’s a tricky time of year for temperature.

I did not stay here I left just after arriving as the room was Old and the carpet was nasty.

Very close to expressway. Very central between airports and city.

Close to UBS Arena is what I needed. I liked its proximity.
