The hotel is clean and upscale. Sometimes feels a little understaffed especially during busy check in times.
-
I booked a room and got a totally different one I got a small room and there was nobody to talk to I wasn’t refunded and I’ll never go back there.
-
Hotel was clean, updated, and beautiful. Gitta was excellent and helped us arrange flowers, chocolates, upgrades and champagne for our room!
-
Our room location was in the corner so the room was very dark even with lights on.
-
A beautiful hotel with all the amenities necessary. Gym was one of the best I've seen; so many great machines!! Restaurant on site had great views!! Will return.

We love Beaver Creek and how it’s not too big but still had everything to do without having to leave. Our suite was amazing and love the updated rooms.
-
We love the amenities as well as the location of this hotel. Also we love the outdoor fire pit and seating area that allows us to enjoy being outside later at night. Also the rooms are modern and clean. There is convenient valet parking which is better than trying to find your own spot. The staff also noticed the hotel wasn’t fully booked when we were there, so they gave us a late checkout for the last day. Nothing

Ask them if the restaurants are open or closed. Dining choice were EXTREMELY limited. And what food was available wasn’t impressive especially for the price. And. 60 dollar valet fee that was not disclosed.
-
Beautiful view and easy access. In room dining was amazing! Beautiful hotel room and excellent service. Bartenders were the only ones that were not friendly.
-
Gorgeous. Did not know of hidden charges for valet parking. No other options available. 90% of the area’s restaurants were closed. Dining was extremely limited. Place is gorgeous though.

Be aware that this hotel is not in Vail, which was confusing because it shows up when searching for hotels in Vail. The location is in a different village which is so outdated and is about 20 min drive to the Village of Vail. The bathrooms at the pool were filthy, wet paper on the floor, No toilet paper and No staff members around. Had to ask the spa receptionist to fill up the drinking water at the gym. The employee at the reception desk offered us an “upgrade” to a better room with a better view for extra cost but the upgraded room had a queen bed instead of a king that was on the original booking and the “better” view included a roof. The restaurant was dirty, the spa is outdated and I had to wait for the receptionist who left the desk while I was standing in front of her to show the place to other guest. Definitely not worth the high price.
