The Residences at Mountain Lodge, Beaver Creek by Hyatt Vacation Club

No a/c (many Colorado hotels do not) however Colorado is becoming warmer; when we were there, it was 95° during the day! Also, we had to keep the windows and shades open at night to let in fresh air and there was a bright red flashing clock from the pool, shining into our room. We requested a late checkout, but never heard back from the office.

Incredible experience! Summertime in beaver creek is amazing! Highly recommend this spot for location and the property itself!

Very nice location, close to the center. Luxurious amenities and helpful staff.

Was told we got one parking spot with the room. I understood that as the parking spot was included in the price of the room. No. $50 a night to park.

Great place to stay

The facility has no air conditioning and our room faced west. The afternoon sun was brutal. Our room was over 90 degrees and never cooled down even with the window (only one window so no cross ventilation) open and fan on high. One electric receptacle was missing a cover and VERY loose. We don’t recommend going to this facility any time from mid May through September.

Great place to stay with a great pool and very convenient to restaurants...my problem is the undisclosed 50.00 per day parking fee..no reference to it on the hotels.com app. Went from high 600's to low 900's without the ability to appeal

The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The check in experience was not good. The front desk young lady was somehow bothered by our presents and impolitely throw the brochure of the town and saying "well here is the town." I appreciate the manager tried to undo everything she did but again at check out, she was rude like as if we shouldn't be even bothering her. Typical of Colorado to hire unprofessional inexperienced staff for some reason we all know why.

Its worst properity i have stayed in my life

Great property. The pool and hot tub were out of service, unfortunately. Super nice otherwise.

The pool and hot tub were both closed our entire stay with no notice before we arrived. Also the entire Hotel's streaming capabilities were not working during our entire stay. Really disappointing

Beautiful resort with amazing views. This is a ski resort so lots of restaurants and shops in the area were already closed for the season. Staff was friendly and our room had a lot of space with great views. It’s very relaxing which is what we were looking for. Only downside was we thought we were going to have breakfast and we did the 1st day but after that were told it was closed for the season, only coffee.

Perfect for a family of 4. Well stocked and large. Highly recommend

I ask 3 times to get my room clean and nothing was done. Shameful

Room was great except for being next to the elevator. The room itself was pretty quiet, and a corner view. Room had a gas fireplace, kitchenette. Its comfortable for 1 person or a couple. Loved the continental breakfast!

Really enjoyed the bed very comfortable- very clean - used the kitchen - very nice property! I would stay again.

We had an excellent stay! The room was spotless, gorgeous views, and the location was perfect. The use of the robes for the hot tub were much appreciated. Highly recommend!
