We really like the softness of the bed and pillows. Sheets were very soft against the skin. Also. I loved the spa-like scent of the shampoo/conditioner and body wash that was easy to use and hanging on the wall of the shower. Also the fact that there was a bathtub. Amenitites in the room was great- wifi, outlets for plugging in as well as USB outlets in the lamp base next to beds and on desk, personal coffee maker with plenty of pods and tea bags, refrigerator, and microwave. The breakfast had plenty of options with hot and cold food, as well as 24 hr coffee in the lounge. There pool temp was comfortable and the hot tub was hot, which isn’t always the case in other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful when our vehicle was stuck in their parking lot, at absolutely no fault to the hotel, and did everything they could to accommodate us. The only complaints I had was the hair dryer wasn’t very powerful and the handle was sticky. Also, there was only one drawer for storing clothes in addition to the closet. I like to put my family’s clothes in the drawers if I’m staying more than one night so I don’t need to dig in my suitcase.

Very clean, quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Large lobby area with seating for breakfast.

The only downside I think about the property is the pillows suck really bad and there are not warm enough blankets on the bed

Bathtub looked dirty. You never get fresh towels UNLESS you schedule a room cleaning or bring your dirty towels to the front desk. Room in general was filthy
