Good breakfast and newer renovations.

Room was clean, bedding and beds we're nice. Staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast was actually very good, bacon, eggs, sausage, french toast sticks. Like real food, gourmet, no. tasty, hot and filling, YES. Would certainly stay there again.

Great place to stay on a quick work trip.

The stay was great. Pool is bigger than expected and nice. They had a little arcade type room in the pool area and the game music was relatively loud so that was a minus. Breakfast was great, had the full spread, it was a little slow to get coffee machine up and running but it eventually worked. Room was clean bathroom was small and light was attached to the fan making it very loud for the bed next to the bathroom as it can wake you up. Would stay again if ever come back to beaver dam

The room was exceptionally clean, which typically doesn’t make approvals, especially the bathroom spic n span. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly & answered all my questions. I would give them a 10+

It was clean, breakfast was great and it had a hot tube. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were falling off in the room. An employee walked in on us in the hotel. Room was expensive for what we got. We were missing shampoo but were given conditioner. The carpet was recently added and their were nails sticking out of it.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Even a picky eater could find something offered. The pool & Jacuzzi were also well used by us & our granddaughters. The room itself was comfy, clean, & had a microwave & frig & enough room for 4 small suitcases to be opened at the same time. Bathroom toilet paper holder was loose on the mount so probably needs a bit of tightening & the peephole in the door was missing the insert so you could actually see right into the room in tiny hole area so the view was the window. I did let hotel staff know that. Oh, also they have a little area in the lobby with ready the heat meals, snacks, soda & beer (2 for $5) so really this place offered something for everyone. I'd actually give it a 4.5 if I could. Great hotel for the price.

I liked the service of the staff- they were very friendly and quick to make things right when they were not great when we walked in. I also liked that they had fresh baked cookies in the lobby at night- it filled the place with the smell of cookies and it was very homey! The only thing I would really say is that the cleanliness of the hotel linens and rooms could have been better. On our pillows there were several brown stains on them, and on the towels the same. Also, when we entered our first room there were wrappers and what looked like lettuce strewn about the room… which was odd.

Smoke could be smelled in the hallway. I would suspect that the smoke is from years ago. I am sure they tried hard removing the smoke from the carpet and walls. However, it was still present.

I thought it was odd how many other reviews stated it was spacious but it really was spacious! Very clean! We would definitely stay again!! No bugs (we checked..lol).

Easy check in, great breakfast variety, and the kiddos loved the pool and hot tub.

I was very impressed with The Beaver Dam Comfort Inn and Suites. It as been totally renevated, was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accomodating.

Front desk worker was very kind and welcoming. Assisted to all needs.

The breakfast was not appetizing. "Eggs" were some kind of synthetic that were not appealing. They did not taste like eggs. Tater tots were in a steamer that left them soggy. Coffee was Folgers in a machine that brewed it cup by cup. It was good. Outside of the room the property was not in great condition. The hallway was worn carpeting and there was dirt in the corners. The parking lot had a hole in the asphalt so large it reminded me of a third world country. Perhaps it is not the hotel's part of the property. I don't know. The price was very good at about $100, including breakfast. if your only concern is your room condition and the price, it is a very good hotel.
