Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is convenient, right next to the mall, restaurants and shopping. Wright University is only a 5 minute drive.

Nice place, clean with friendly staff. My only issue was it felt humid in the room and the carpet felt damp.

It’s clean but some repair work needed to be done.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. My kids had fun at the pool and the outdoor courtyard was inviting and comfortable.

Parking lot was a little crazy with orange cones right in the middle of the lot made it hard to even drive through to find a spot when cars are parked on both sides.

When we got to the room just as soon as we opened the door there was a smell. I’m not sure if it is because there is still carpet in this room or not. When we went and walked across the tile part of the floor our shoes stuck to the floor. At first thought it was our shoes, but it was not. The floor was very sticky. The beds honestly looked like they had just been brushed off and remade. The pillows on one of the beds had a very bad odor so much that it couldn’t be used.

Just one night but all the important things were outstanding! Staff very helpful and friendly, room was comfortable with a BIG screen TV, and to my great Joy - the showerhead was awesome & water HOT!! A pleasant stay with lots of fun things to do nearby

First night staff was amazing. Day 2 the heated pool didn’t work and housekeeping didn’t come to my room. Same receptionist for both issues. Went to tell her about the pool. She said ‘ok but we can’t do anything about it right this moment’ which confused me because I stated that I was ‘just letting them know it didn’t work at the beginning of my statement. Then when I told her about housekeeping she stated ‘they typically come in the morning’ to which I stated I was aware and they were on my floor when we left the room to go eat breakfast. She then asked did I leave the do not disturb sign on my door to which I stated no. She then said ‘well they might not come today’. The two situations made my stay uncomfortable as I feel customer service should be better than that.

Fire alarm went off about 10am Sun morning. It was AWFUL!!!
