La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fairborn Wright-Patterson

It was nice but they didn't have simple things like a toilet paper holder. I didn't like how at the day of check out the key stopped working before the actual time of check out.

We booked online. In the reception area we were greeted by pungent chemical odors. Not sure if this was cleaning or a hazmat situation. Desk clerk was clearly bored and disappointed that we interrupted. Smoke alarm beeping (low battery) in the hallway outside our room. Deep rust stains in the toilet. Bed short sheeted. Sub-par breakfast with minimal options. All in all a disappointing experience and poor reflection on the La Quinta brand.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was run down. Our room had a cigarette smell, the sink leaked all over the bathroom, and the ice machine next to our room was flooding the floor.

Quite a few of the rooms were missing microwaves, mini fridges, and phones. We were told that people were just stealing these items right from the rooms. The front desk staff was incredibly crass and unpleasant. Just avoid this place all together. There are enough other options right there to choose something other than this place.

The toilet was stained and no hot water in the shower. The breakfast was truly bad with no coffee.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The FIRST room we got had a pair of MENS UNDERWEAR on the lamp. Dark, urine stains in toilet. The room smelled of stale cigarettes (non smoking room). It also had dirt on the floors, and lots of it. The tv didn’t work. The SECOND room we moved to was a TAD better, but the fridge literally smelt like death, the shower head had so much limescale built up on it, and the corners of the shower was gross. 10/10 do not recommend this hotel. The hallway had a puddle of water, and had a “wet floor” sign. But that was there over 24 hours. They never came to clean it up. Only waffles and biscuits and gravy. 1 type of cereal. Just not a place to stay. The elevator had flooring coming up. I felt like I needed to shower every time I touched something. Staff was okay. When we checked out, a staff member went to the room to look for an item we accidentally left and when first room was messed up, they moved us rooms. Would have liked a refund as well.

Roaches in the bathroom, shower head crusty and leaks, water never got hot

We had to have the room sprayed as there were roaches and spiders. We were unable to move to another room as the hotel as well as the other surrounding hotels were sold out for the weekend due to the Air Force Marathon. We bought extra bug spray but of course, we still had the bugs. I will never stay there again.

Friendly service. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

I have no clue how this hotel is listed as a 3 star. It smelled, handles on dresser were broken, door to bathroom don’t close, and bathtub was gross.

The whole building needs renovated. It smells, the carpets were sticky, the refrigerator and air conditioner did not work and the shower head was coated with scum. The room seemed overall dirty.

(I do recommend that they upgrade their pillows.)

We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and had no issues. The room was clean, and the staff was great! We enjoyed the pool!

The furniture was worn out in my room. Dirty comforter, Leather chair peeling, rusting shower, leaking shower head, rusty water running in toilet and my husband saw a bug in the bathroom. This is worn out hotel with friendly staff. I deserve a refund or a credit.

Felt like I was in a third world country where the hotel was dark and dingy

Room 109 full of roaches, ants and unk bugs…staff wanted to spray Raid while we were in the room that night which was completely unprofessional…Furthermore I have Sarcoidosis in the lungs…The Manager the following day wasn’t sympathetic and offered no other accommodations…she didn’t believe us. She lied and said she would be there Monday morning to discuss the matter, she lied and wasn’t there. I had another room reserved 314 which they transferred us to but it had ants as well…overall the hotel wasn’t clean and the staff seemed non caring…This was the experience I’ve had with a hotel stay !!!
