The hotel is being renovated. The staff was not very helpful

Breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean. The facility was under renovation so this could be the reason for some issues. The pool had small towels, bring your own.

The room was clean but needs updating. Staff was nice. We didn't require any help. Breakfast food was good. Typical eggs, bacon and waffles. Parking was convenient and free.

If you didn’t get there early for breakfast a lot of food was gone and not replaced. Especially the breads, bagels , muffins. But other than that it was good.

Good location Bed very uncomfortable

An older hotel with not so friendly staff. When breakfast items were out or low and no attendant in sight we advised the front desk who told us to go tell attendant in a back room to restock the breakfast (she was playing on her phone).

Breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was too hard for my taste.

We had a big room We arrived and the TV was on the floor broken and the spa tub was not clean

We had a great stay here. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, our room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. It was in a nice area and conveniently located close to restaurants. It was just a short drive to the Air Force museum. Would definitely stay again.

The extra sheets in the room were used by the previous person staying there and not replaced.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok. Basic powdered eggs and bacon or canned gravy and biscuits and your normal waffles, toast, bagel, or english muffin. Fruit was not fresh bit for a free breakfast it was fine. Beds comfy.

Alarm clock didn't work, but could have been operator error. Always had hot water for morning shower.

There isn't too much to like about this property. I suppose that the free breakfast was the best thing that was offered, and the housekeepers really did the best job they could do, but were not on site all the time. The amenities, such as the were, included an ice machine, an overly chlorinated, tepidly warmed, swimming pool, and a gym that didn't appear to have been used since 1972. The room was decently sized but lacked a coffee maker. The bathroom needs and exhaust fan and a non cloth shower curtain. The staff, with one exception, was short and didn't really want to be helpful. It was almost as if they seemed to have better things to do than to generally take care of guests. The parking was fairly decent, but the lights for the lot didn't seem to work, which caused a general feel of unease if you were coming in after dark. The property was "under renovation" but we didn't see anyone working or making any improvements for our entire stay. It felt like an excuse to get out of the fact that you can see half finished projects all over the property. Generally I wouldn't suggest staying here if you could help it- sometimes spending a little more money means more comfort in the long run.
