Staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very quiet.

Overall our stay was great. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was decent. Parking was plentiful. The only issue we ran into was on our second day at breakfast. They had breaded chicken breasts. Made a sandwich on a biscuit. After a few bites, I realized the chicken was raw inside. Not a little pink. Totally raw. I informed staff and they were very apologetic. They said the oven has been having issues but they did check the temperature on 1 piece of chicken and assumed they were all cooked properly. They did give me some points on my Hilton account to try and make up for the inconvenience but not much can really make up for unknowingly eating raw chicken. Just praying I dont get sick from it.

I loved the amenities of the room with the full refrigerator and microwave. Very spacious and comfortable for us.

The property was great!

Good location and clean room and they accommodated us bringing our dog with us. You could hear everything in the hallways easily but not the hotels fault there were kids running up and down the halls late at night.

Our first room was very comfortable. The beds were soft but that is a preference. Great stay ! The property was great!

Clean and friendly staff and nice location The beds were horrible! It was a nice size room with a very small tv and it was not on the wall so not everyone in the room could even see it. Also, there was no bath tub, only a walk in shower my kids did not like that.

It was perfect

We arrived around 3:00 a.m., and I want to thank the front desk associate for allowing us to check in at that late hour. The only inconvenience was that there were two separate reservations, which meant we had to check out after a few hours and then check back in later that day. I was able to wake up in time to enjoy breakfast before it closed, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several concerns during our stay. My husband noticed a urine odor near our bed, which I reported, but the issue was never addressed while we were there. My aunt also found stains on her bedding; however, housekeeping responded quickly and replaced all of her linens. Our room was not serviced at any point during our stay. While I understand why it may not have been cleaned on our first day due to our late arrival, I’m not sure why there was no housekeeping service on the following days. We also did not receive fresh towels during our stay. As we checked out today, I was told that the issue with the odor had been documented, and I hope it will be resolved for future guests. With improvements in housekeeping consistency and better follow-up on guest concerns, this property has the potential to provide a much better experience.
