We stay at a lot of hotels, but this one was very clean, thank you house keeping you guys hit it out of the park, our room was great clean no musty smell the Breakfast was delicious hot and the pan cake was different never seen one, the Wife and I will stay with you guys again when we come down again, close to alot of places to eat near by. Keep doing what your doing it's great.

The hotel and room was great and very clean but the staff at the desk and the manager were definitely not cooperative with my situation and speaks very poorly of of such a nice hotel, I understand there are policies for a reason but sometimes and some situations can call for an exception! My daughter (5yrs old) and myself were staying there for a 6 night stay due to my wife having recently had a (RAI) treatment for her cancer so out of precaution for her and myself we booked a stay at this local hotel, on the second day (evening) of our stay my daughter became ill and not feeling well and we had to check out early, the hotel refused to reimburse any of the unused days, even after requesting a waiver explaining the situation so I got charged over $900 for a one and half nights stay! I guess hotel stays are only for perfect situations and not for when life or the unexpected happens especially with young children!
