It was decently priced and included a hot breakfast but it had roaches so we checked out right away. The staff was nice when we informed them and they are supposed to refund our money back. Our room had roaches so we had to leave and go to another hotel.

A few years ago there was a moderate water leak, they fixed it right away. The breakfast is the basics you would find at any hotel of this caliber. Meaning it’s relatively sparse, but they do have warm sausage and eggs above and beyond just a few danishes & cereal. Bonus points for them not diluting their orange juice to half strength to save money. People want orange juice, not orange water. I appreciate this! The pool is basic with no shade. This is not an issue for me as I always swim after my projects in the evening. At the height of day, YMMV so wear your sunscreen folks! They have never hesitated to check me in early when the room is available. Across the street (walkable) is an Aldi store. Perfect to grab your snacks, munchies, or easily prep meals for your room. Walmart is technically one block away. But it is much farther than that truly. Probably closer to the equivalent of four New York City short blocks. Several dining options in the other direction. But since it’s Bedford, you’re never more than 15 to 20 minutes away from a chosen destination within a confines of the city limits. That makes this hotel well located, even though it’s on the edge of town. 8/10

Not a bad place but no clean towels for second day. 24/7 open back door. Room could have been cleaner, I guess it's hard to get good help these days. I'd try another place if I was in the area again.

Guy that checked me in double charged me, didnt know what he was doing and was rude. Found roaches in both rooms I rented.

We checked in and the room we were supposed to have wasnt even cleaned got moved to another room but overall its more like an apartment complex then anything

Cockroach in the bathroom, and the bathroom was disgusting. Asked for an ice bucket and never got it.

Rooms were clean, breakfast had sausage, extensive grounds. We did not use the pool (outdoor only) but we did play frisbee in the lawn. One exterior light was broken -- not by our frisbee! -- but the property was well-maintained. Recommend for families.

The place was falling apart. There are holes in sections of drywall. Some wooden support structures were rotting. The carpet was old, smelly, and felt like I was pulling my suitcase through sand. The place smelled like urine and Listerine. The TV did not maintain a signal for more than 5 minutes. There was no coffee available prior to 7 a.m.
