Valet: I wasn't directed exactly where to wait, and a very gruff man motioned me extremely aggressively to either get out the way or follow him. I got out of the car and he changed his attitude and told me since I wanted to valet I was in the right place. In the morning, i did not tip after my experience. He slammed my car door and turned his back to me , letting me know that also was not appreciated. It was a different guy. The room had no hot water, the shower basin was stopped up. I was given another room on the same floor and that too did not have hot water. And these are things that may not bother the average consumer, but I don't accept that. The staff that helped me was so sweet but wasn't equipped to deal with complaints, every complaint is treated as if it's only an Karen problem, even though I was pleasant and not totally upset even though it was 1:00 in the morning and I discovered that I couldn't take a shower because the water was cold. She was very polite and professional. I have to say that but her excuse was that I was the only person that ever complained about this and her supervisor that she had on her cell phone corrected her and said no. There's been other complaints ( I could hear it) about the rooms not having hot water. Then she apologized and said she hadn't been there that long. I don't like excuses and they were aware of this problem and have yet to take care of it . hair was in both sinks in both rooms. THey gave refund.

Always stay here when we go to Disney! Everything super clean and well maintained and so much around! Awesome pool, food and awesome staff!

Always a great stay. Only resort in the area will stay in. Clean rooms and convenient location next to the freeway. :) staff is always quick and friendly!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean fresh towels every day. The dining experience was a variety of Asian and Mexican and American cuisine. Food was reasonably priced and was very good. Location of the hotel was convenient to surrounding stores and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall it went great , easy check in and the valet service is very convenient!

I would recommend this hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The location has surrounding shops, restaurants, and about a 20-45 minute drive to LA and surrounding areas.

Room was great and the bed was super comfortable. Just wish the pool was open later than 8pm
