The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Coffee & Tea was available 24hrs in the lobby. The parting was free and available. We never had any issues with finding a parking spot. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, TV & coffee maker. You cannot access Youtube, Prime etc on the TV except when mirrored through your phone and the wifi is not great. So, we watched basic TV channels which was boring to my child. The entire motel was clean and well maintained except for the rugs on the stairs and hallways, were very shabby and smelly. The fitness center was closed for maintainence and I was told by front desk that it will remain closed for a few months (closed in July 2026). It was very disappointing as I had booked this motel because it said that they had fitness center. There was not intimation at the time of booking or after booking by Quality Inn as well as Hotels.com about the fitness center being closed. We are planning another L A trip and will definitely book this motel again provided they have the fitness center open by then.
