How they let me book a another night and stay in the room How they never told anyone about the power going out all day because of lighting from a storm

Convenient to where I needed to be. It didn’t smell good anywhere but in the room. There were multiple roaches which I have photos of. It was the cheaper hotel and the cost is the inky reason why I stayed here.

Muy bonito hotel cómodo con todo cerca y cómodo para descansar despues de pasear todo el día, con amplio parkeo lo recomiendo . El personal super amable y atentos .

The ladies at the front desk was fantastic and her customer service was 10/10. The rooms were so dirty and grimy. The lobby smelled like marijuana. There were stains on the sheets and walls. Trash was on the floors and in the fridge from previous guests.

The whole room was disgusting, the lamp had stains and mold on it. The tub was dirty, the window seal was broken so I could hear everything outside. The elevator and hallways smelt like cigarettes and mildew. Also found a roach in the bathroom and in the sink in the room. Also stains on the walls, if it wasn't so late at night I wouldn't have even slept in the room but I had no choice considering I payed online,I'm not one to complain but I would never stay there again.

The hotel was overbooked due to the storms in Orlando and all flights being grounded, but instead of helping the people

Away from main street, quiet No coffee available in the room

They have the fire alarms tested and the one at night time took almost a hour to stop

Price was right A bit run down, carpets and doors, ok for 1 night

Nothing, nobody was there to check me in. And they have the nerve to still charge me and not respond with an answer.
