The first room we were given was completely dirty and had a bad smell, so we had to complain and request a room change. After that, everything was fine and the rest of the stay went well.

Awesome staff! The room had a cigarette smell and no remote for the TV.

This hotel is so awful after checking in and looking at the room, we left! We asked for a refund due to the conditions and were told no. Yes, it was so bad that we ended up paying for a different hotel that night on top of what we were charged for this dump. The beds belong in a homeless shelter. They don't even have bed frames or box springs. It's also in bad neighborhood and we didn't feel safe walking to/from our car, much less leaving it parked outside at night. The building was covered in mold. This hotel shouldn't even be listed as available to book! Go somewhere else.

I had a roach within the first 5 minutes of being in the room. Also the walls were very dirty, The smell of the room was like mold . I will never stay here again

The was an alive roach in the bathroom two nights in a row.

The lady that checked us in was VERY polite and professional. The lobby was also very well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the room smelled of VERY strong deodorizer, almost too strong to stand. There was stuff on the floor when we walked in and looked like maybe it hadn’t been mopped in a very long time. The worst part was the bathroom. I’m 32, I know what pubes look like, there was pubes in the shower. I over looked this and rinsed it off, when I turned the shower on. Then the shower would’ve drain. It was clogged. So we turned it off and as we were doing that, a roach popped out the side of the shower. We had then encountered 3 more roaches after that. We packed up and left within 10 min. Great staff, not so great room. We won’t be coming back here.

star if that. Shower was soooo dirty. Glass doors looked like they haven’t been cleaned for months.Everything in the room was super old and rusted. Tv picture was horrible. Hallways and elevator smelled so bad. They warned us that there’s no one in front desk to help with anything after 10 pm and told us that when we leave we have to take out our own garbage 😳…… an absolute horrible experience. Waste of money!

Horrible disgusting

The staff was great. The room however was not. I was in 202, the TV didn’t work and there was a roach in the kitchenette.

We arrived and check in was fine. Got to our room and there were roaches on the floor then we found several live roaches crawling around, including on the bed. Smelled like dog as well. Went to front desk and asked for a room change hoping it was just that room. We moved our stuff and found a few dead roaches on the floor and one live one. At this point it was very late. We needed to get up at 3:30 to get to the airport. None of us really slept and we stayed on top of the covers. We will not be staying again and at $145 for the night I’d really like a refund.
