Very good stay, we only we for overnight stay.

Everything was great , the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that was missing was tea bags. Everyone doesn’t drink coffee.

Mattress needs to be replaced. Stains in the bed sheets. I have a really bad nigth in this hotel

Clean room

The room was spotless, great a/c, and well stocked. Some aspects of the property showed its age, but nothing too concerning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. Location is convenient, although it is very hard to take a left out of the property.

The noise from the mini refrigerator was so loud we could not even sleep at night.

Overall, my room was cleaned, but it had a weird smell like a dirty carpet smell. The bathroom situation was very weird and messy while showering. There’s no shower stall or shower curtain to block the water from going everywhere. It was a mess! This will be my first and last time staying at this place. I also had an employee tell me that breakfast was over while I was still eating my breakfast. She wanted me to leave so she could start cleaning up the place. I understand that breakfast is over by 9am, but you can’t kick anyone away. I arrived at 8:40am. I was still within my time period. If you’re booking a room, remember you get what you pay for.

The pool was dirty No shuttle service to airport. It would be nice to have had one.

Maintained worker didnt want to help.customer with broken microwave. He wanted to spend his day talking to coworkers about personal buisness.

The architecture and attention to detail made the entire experience feel luxurious. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I felt like a million bucks during my stay. The manager was polite, patient, and highly professional, which made our visit even more enjoyable. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be booking here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable experience.
