Q

Clean room

I stayed here just to get some rest after my flight to Orlando before getting back on the road and it was not the best. At 5am I heard someone trying to open my door. When my partner went to check the door after asking “who was at the door”, the doors was slightly cracked open with the latch lock on it. Luckily I always check to make sure I secure the room. Unfortunately I did not use the dead bolt but the latch was my go to for security. We initially thought it was someone looking for their room but when he it was asked “who was it”? They stopped trying to open the door. (The doors are so horribly positioned that you can see the light from the hall way)I then called the front desk to ask if it was an employee trying to access the room possibly, the front service desk employee said she will check the cameras to see and will call back. I waited over 20 minutes before I called her back to see what was her findings and she said she didn’t see anything but also mentioned she did not make a copy of the key for anyone and didn’t explain further. Later that morning after not sleeping at all night my partner and I went to turn on the shower and the faucet would not turn on. At that point it was so close to check out that we just changed, brushed our teeth and left to check out.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Hotel très propre et bien entretenu. Situé à proximité de l’aéroport sans frais additionnel pour le stationnement

Muy servicial el personal, excelente el lugar.

Outdated room and hotel, I’ll never stay there again.

Habitación comodo y limpio y desayuno 6am que fue perfecto

Leaving The water smells so bad you could not shower. There's a strong smell of damp in the room. The refrigerator was not cold. The TV channels did not work. There were piles of trash all around the property. Broken railings around the pool with security tape all around it. Felt like a crime scene. Pool had some weird black circle stains on the bottom of it. STILL waiting a month later for my security deposit back!!
