Sonesta Essential Orlando Airport

The pool was dirty. Hairs floating on it. I informed the front desk and I was told they had to wait until the cleaner came next day. Next day a couple of girl were trying to reach the hair with the pool hammock. We couldn’t use the pool.

The carpet was really wet in the room and it smelled like mildew. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and moved us to another room. The carpet wasn’t wet, but it still smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The rest of the hotel was clean and everyone was really friendly. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was horrible. Bagels were frozen so you can't even cut them to toast them. Only warm options were eggs and sausage. The coffee tasted bad. There was a foul odor coming from my air-conditioner in my room and it was noisy. Will not stay here again.

Everything was pretty good but , there was no hot water ! Wish the temperature in the room was more stable also.

Housekeeping didn’t visit my room once to clean, take out trash or replace linen. Gaps under the door so I could hear every noise/movement/conversation. Parking & Lobby were fine.

This property is convenient to the airport and clean. The shortcomings were lack of hot water in the shower and sink,. After 5 minutes, the water was barely tepid. The tub had stains as well,
