Location. Nice rooms it was just dirty The room was not clean. The coffee pot had/has molded coffee in the pot. Carpet was gross. Microwave dirty. The shower was gross, we did not use. Curtains were stained.

This hotel is in a great location with the added benefit of free parking. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. It is also conveniently located close to shopping and dining options, making it an excellent choice for visitors. I wish this hotel have better smells on hallway, smells little moldy and smokey like pods.

The size the of the room was nice. Staff was friendly. The room was dirty. It had the previous guest key card and gift cards left in the room. The room had coffee for no coffee pot. The garbage wasn't emptied. Had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper because there was none in the bathroom. The big overhead light in the bathroom didn't work and neither did the vents in the bathroom. ,

Noisy at night from dogs prancing on the ceiling. Gym looks good, but no one was in it. Going down hill a little at a time.

Clean room; nice staff

The room was really nice and included a kitchen with a full size fridge, sink, microwave and mini stove top. The bathroom was very big and the shower had great water pressure. The beds and pillows were really comfy. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. There's an aldi directly across the street from the hotel, so it was perfect for getting some food and drinks to keep in the room. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Nice park with a river and hiking trails about 10 minutes away.

Everything was very nice and clean

The WiFi was extremely unstable. The connection would last 5 minutes and then drop. I would re-log in and stay connected for 5 minutes. This went on last night and very early this morning. The man at the front desk was super friendly but I would never stay there again.

Staff was WONDERFUL. Hotel was very clean! The rooms were not! Dishes were missing or dirty. Not a complete set. Only 1 tiny glass, fridge had broken shelf, bathroom was dirty (hair on the floor & in shower). Beds ARE SO COMFORTABLE!!! Rooms could use some additional cleaning. Wrongfully assumed there would be a hairdryer, I was wrong. There is barely anyone ever at the front desk, which doesn't feel very safe. I went in & out freely several times & there wasn't anyone at the desk or around. No lightbulbs in 2 of the lamps

The staff was friendly. Although we didn't need it, the full sized refrigerator and microwave would be great for someone staying several days for business. Location was near Pennwest California, which was our destination. There were were several resteraunts, both fast food and sitdown dining options very close by. The beds were fairly comfortable. The reclining chair in the room was broken. There was a nasty looking spot on the wall in the bathroom that I thought was a hair dye incident, but came right off with warm water and a wash cloth. The room just needed some maintenance attention overall. Carpet that was supposed to be base board was falling off the wall under the desk. The caulking needed cleaned or redone in the bathroom. Could have been cleaner.

The location Mouse in kitchen cabinet, the mouse feces and roach traps in the cabinet where the coffe maker is being stored. Kitchen drawers had dirt and sirty pots stored in them. No complementary dish liquid, drinking glasses in cabinet were dirty. Body wash, shampoo and hand soap dispensers were empty. The tub could have uses a fresh coat of caulking. I made the front desk staff aware of this and was told there isn't anything she can do but let housekeeping know in the morning. I will never stay at this hotel again. There is no way this room was attended to prior to my checking in.
