Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Belle Vernon

The staff were very nice and one in particular, Luella, went above and beyond. The curtains in our room were sheers and the heavier curtains on the sides were not able to be drawn to the middle to block out the light. Not only did the early morning sun come in our room but the parking lot lights lit up our room all night. This made sleeping difficult

Clean and updated. With good breakfast and helpful staff. A little more freeway noise than expected

Staff was super friendly and housekeeping very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, changed menu up a little each day which was nice. Good coffee available 24/7. Hotel is kind of hidden behind another hotel and very close to I-70 at the bottom of a hill, can hear trucks down shifting. Room was generally clean but corners of bathroom could stand a deep clean and bedding was at its end of life. Shower products were best Ive ever used “Alice and Co.”. Overall good experience and I would come back.

Nothing Front desk person name was Craig I believe on the day I checked out he hung up on me twice very rude. Then the manager got on the phone to cover for the behavior because the manager’s typically are standing right there and listening to how their employees talk to guest. Managers are the ring leaders to the circus they never really help at all the fake niceness to cover up their rudeness is getting old.

One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. The staff were professional and kind. Deserves the excellent rating.

Comfortable bedding. Rooms were clean and amenities were well stocked.

Superb

Coffee wasn’t available late hours; Supposed to be 24 hrs. Pool wasn’t maintained. Someone vomited in pool and staff didn’t know. They don’t check the pool when it opens in the morning. Housekeeping never came for our room.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only thing was the sink drain was super slow.

Room was clean. Staff usually available and helpful. Wifi worked. Bath was very slow to drain. Breakfast was average--no hot oatmeal.

Disappointing

Breakfast included. Easy to adjust temperature. Hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Staff were very friendly. I could not read the print on the sugar and other packets. One was pink one was yellow. The lady next to me could not read them either. I wish there was ice on the food area. I did not care for the TV being on in our room when we went in.

My family stays at the Fairfield Inn year after year. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
