The GM is really nice! She helped me print some much needed documents for an important meeting I had. All of the front desk staff was excellent. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast for sure!

We arrived around 11 pm ant the room was about 100 degrees hot. Everything in the room was hot to the touch.The heat was on and AC did not worked.. Asked the front desk to change the room and she stated there is no room available but we are free to leave and find another hotel. Took half an hour for her to come up to come up and confirm the AC was not working. Since we were too tired after long drive decided to stay and later regretted as we could not sleep in the hot room. Unexpectedly bad experience for a Marriott brand.
