The manager was polite, professional, and actually helped resolve the situation I had in my room. I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the kiosk check-in system. I prefer speaking with a person face-to-face, and I had a very hard time understanding the kiosk representative. Even with closed captions turned on, communication was difficult and frustrating. After this experience, I will avoid hotels that use this type of system in the future. The TV in my room did not work. I was told someone would come fix it and waited 20 minutes with no one showing up. When I checked back, I was told it would be another 5 minutes. I explained that I came on vacation to enjoy my time, not sit in my room waiting for maintenance. We left for about four hours and returned to find the TV still wasn't fixed. The kiosk representative then told me someone would repair it the next morning. At that point, I requested either a different room or a refund. After several more minutes dealing with the kiosk representative, an in-person employee finally arrived. He was polite, professional, and actually helped resolve the situation. I appreciated his assistance and did apologize to the kiosk representative for my frustration. Breakfast options were also very limited. There was no sausage or bacon available, which was disappointing. Another concern was that the key card would not work on the rear entrance. Having to walk around the building to enter made me feel unsafe and seemed like a security issue. Overall, the lack of in-person service, maintenance delays, limited breakfast selection, and access/security concerns made for a poor experience. I would not stay here again.

There was no person there to help you, just a machine. Couldn’t get extra towels, the AC barely worked and the website said it had a pool. No pool. This is not a place to bring your family for a family vacation stay. Spend the extra and get better

Rooms were small bathroom was tiny.
-
got a refund in the morning and left. all the pillow cases were dirty like someone just fluffed them between guests

Hotel maids were friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room smelled like old smoke and black mold around woodwork around air conditioner. Had several issues with our door and took them a while to figure it out. Breakfast was minimal.

Tear in sofa Room smelled musty AC very noisy No Pool

The sheets were clean, the carpet were not, needs to be carpet cleaned badly. Might be nice if the AC in the upstairs hall actually worked, downstairs AC in the hall ran okay. Hot breakfast only available on the weekends, weekday is more grab and go/cereal breakfast. Bathroom was gross to be honest, but location proximity made it a good spot to land while seeing the sites of Omaha/downtown/Zoo area only 13 minute drive away. The halls and stairs need cleaned dailying, feels a little neglected. Great customer service from all staff.

Staff was not helpful at all. Was told at least 5 times AFTER check in time there were no rooms clean. They tried to charge my card 3 more times after I already paid. Very sketchy not well maintained place. Door would not even lock because the door frame was so busted.

We could barely understand what he was saying. We started watching the bottom of the screen! We then found out they didn’t have an elevator and there was

The staff was helpful, but I am not a fan of the AI check-in/ check-out. I prefer an actual person. The only issue we had was we checked-out a day early and we didn't get refunded the night we didn't stay there.

Did not use it. My room was on a noisy side entrance, with a wooden exterior stairway next to my window. It was very noisy with the use of the entrance door to the second level over my room.

Check in was a little strange. There was a virtual agent that recorded everything that was said, then there was a real person doing the check in. They are nice, it was just an odd experience. The location wasn’t the best in the area, but okay. The building was a little dilapidated. The toilet seat cover wasn’t the right size or shape, the door to the room and bathroom were beat up pretty badly, but still latched. The room had an odd smell. Not sure what it was?? Breakfast had some variety but was out of some things. I would probably stay again if I needed another cheap overnighter, but I wouldn’t stay long term.

Convenient location
-
It was at the entrance and the door noise was annoying as well as the noisy wooden stairs that were used late at night. All would have been better if I were placed further from the entrance.

Nice large and well stocked room. It was at the entrance and the door noise was annoying as well as the noisy wooden stairs that were used late at night. All would have been better if I were placed further from the entrance.

Storm knocked out the direct tv never got straightened out

The whole experience was not desirable. There is no staff at the desk, the check-in was with someone on a kiosk we didn’t see any staff onsite the whole stay. Our room was in a poor state and there was no security lock on the door it had been busted off.

Bad

To start there was never a real person to talk to at the front desk. I had booked three rooms for 3 nights. My room had the electricity go out on one side of the wall and it took us three hours before we could get somebody to come and fix it. My son‘s room had water leaking and the bathroom was not working properly. My son asked for a plunger and never got one. My other son had issues with the shower. The water was so hot in the shower that whenever he took a shower, it would set off the fire alarm. It was not a good experience at all. I will never stay there again. And I would not recommend anybody else staying there.

Room was nice. Shower had great pressure. Breakfast was ready before 6am. No problems
