Aside from the small breakfast area everything was great.

Room was clean. Bathroom has some humidoty issues. As most hotels do. Was not happy that the hottub was not available. They should advertise that on hotels.com

We had the two queen bed suite. The TV in the living space area didn’t work so the front desk gal came and fixed it right away. And then we also discovered there were no pillows for the sofa bed sleeper… When asked to get some, she said guests cleaned her out but will look for some… 10 minutes later she came knocking on the door with a pillow… She went out of her way to find one! Very nice gal!!

Good breakfast and pool area. Staff were ok, but could be better. Nice area of town with plenty of options around for food and not far from attractions. Rooms weren’t quite what the pictures show, but overall it was an ok place to stay. One of our rooms had a mechanical issue with the bathroom that was not addressed during our stay and the other had a water leak at the bathroom sink. Showers are ok at best.

The room was perfect and spacious and clean having all the amenities one would expect.

The room and staff were amazing. The area and people hanging out in the parking lot was a bit sketchy. Close to gas stations and restaurants.

King size hotel room was small. Bathroom was small. No room to put your toiletries. No hand holds in the bath/shower. No body wash supplied. Coffee tray only had decaf coffee and no stir sticks. Parking in the evening was tricky. Parked at the end of building with blinding light. Made it extremely hard to parallel park.

There's nothing really negative to say. Everybody was kind and helpful and we had our needs met.

Front desk staff lady was super friendly and fast. Hotel was ok- bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It served its purpose for a short stay.

Funky smell in the hallways. Room was clean though so that was a plus. But not worth the $ we spent for 1 night.

The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The website says the pool is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our grandson wanted to swim in the morning before we left. The pool has a sign that it doesn’t open until 10:00am. He was very upset because I had told him he could swim. I feel that for the cost of the room it should have been much better. The air conditioner made a loud sound all night. This was the worse hotel we have stayed at in over 20 years. Never again.

The room was just okay. We did have trouble with some of the lights working. The light switches that were immediately inside the door did not work. We also could not get one of the TVs to work one evening. Breakfast wasn’t great. Location is nice with lots of food options near by.

For the most part no complaints, however the breakfast was rough and I ended up taking my kids somewhere else to eat.
