The room and staff were amazing. The area and people hanging out in the parking lot was a bit sketchy. Close to gas stations and restaurants.

King size hotel room was small. Bathroom was small. No room to put your toiletries. No hand holds in the bath/shower. No body wash supplied. Coffee tray only had decaf coffee and no stir sticks. Parking in the evening was tricky. Parked at the end of building with blinding light. Made it extremely hard to parallel park.

Staff Rooms were terrible pictures did not match the room at all. everything was falling apart and half way cleaned rooms. there was bottles in the room when we walked in.

There's nothing really negative to say. Everybody was kind and helpful and we had our needs met.

They had everything I look for in a stay. Good breakfast, room was nice and comfortable, loved the sofa bed in the room. The pool kind of felt like it needed cleaned better, the floors in the room were kind of dirty.

Front desk staff lady was super friendly and fast. Hotel was ok- bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It served its purpose for a short stay.

Funky smell in the hallways. Room was clean though so that was a plus. But not worth the $ we spent for 1 night.

The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The website says the pool is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our grandson wanted to swim in the morning before we left. The pool has a sign that it doesn’t open until 10:00am. He was very upset because I had told him he could swim. I feel that for the cost of the room it should have been much better. The air conditioner made a loud sound all night. This was the worse hotel we have stayed at in over 20 years. Never again.

The room was just okay. We did have trouble with some of the lights working. The light switches that were immediately inside the door did not work. We also could not get one of the TVs to work one evening. Breakfast wasn’t great. Location is nice with lots of food options near by.

For the most part no complaints, however the breakfast was rough and I ended up taking my kids somewhere else to eat.

The staff was great! Very clean, smelled great! Breakfast was a small area. We did have a really bad storm come, and the wind was blowing pretty hard. We did have some water coming into our room. I quickly ran down to the front desk. They gave me some towels. Asked what room we were in. Never come up to look at it. But it was no biggie! Towels were all we needed! Crazy thing that happened, nothing the hotel could control. Great place.. I would stay again!

We reserve 3 rooms they all seem nice and clean, but one of the rooms we ended up with bed bugs. It was very unpleasant experience.
