Room was clean and service was great.

The front desk agents, Julien and Danielle, were extremely helpful from checking in after midnight, to helping us receive a shipment of lei for a wedding, everything was taken care of smoothly. Both were friendly and kind. They made our stay more enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable, but bathroom body wash was empty. Breakfast was very tasty, Staff was helpful and friendly, and parking was ample. Needs better signage to help find the entrance.

Location for our specific needs was very good. Liked the contactless checkout, staff were friendly and breakfast was a plus. Pet fee was a little high and a dog bowl/dog bed pillow would be a welcome addition.

We could hear everything in the next room. Had to call the front desk due to the noise level past 10:30 that night.

Not very clean, first room had dried throw up on the carpet, staff was excellent and changed rooms immediately, second room bathroom was dirty and the mattress cover was torn and bathroom had mold. The staff are amazing. I will not stay here again just because it wasn’t that clean.

There was no body wash in the shower

Very nice, secluded location in Bellevue but near shopping and only 10 minutes to downtown. Very nice breakfast. Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff.

Good breakfast with many hot dishes. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pool closed at 8:00pm. Also, not the fault of the hotel but the person in the next room took a call at 5:00am and was talking and laughing so loudly it woke us up. They talked for 45 min before we asked her to be quiet. Noise proofing was a little inadequate.

Everything is great except for it was no rubber mat in the bathtub and I slipped and fell. The next meeting at breakfast I asked one of the other customers if they had a mat in their bathtub and they said no, and also stated how slippery the bathtub was. I don’t understand why there’s no rubber mat in the bathtub because it is extremely separate. I fell as soon as I got in it.
