We never had issues staying at this property as I have left prior reviews, however, our last night, which was one of our most important nights to get sleep due to the 20+ hour drive we have the next day with children… the people saying next-door were extremely loud and being extremely disrespectful and sounded like they were tearing up the room almost all night into the early morning. We called downstairs several times to be told that the gentleman at the front was the only person there and he didn’t know what we expected him to do and that he apologizes that we had a busy day ahead and we had kids but there wasn’t anything he could assist with. He basically told us “that sucks”. So in hopes that there should be some coaching with the younger staff members on customer service and empathy, we will return…but if we have another experience like a rockstar night gone wrong next-door with no apology or anything to acknowledge understanding. I would advise not to stay, especially if you have children or plan to stay for work.

I am glad they now provide free coffee and tea and popcorn.

The hotel was quiet

Easy check in and to make any adjustments. They’re always friendly, clean and accommodating. We’ve stayed here several times over the last five years. Quiet, safe parking and nice pool.

Paying for parking is frustrating when they have an entire parking lot for the hotel alone.

Clean room

I would have liked to have had my late check out at 1pm, I could have but it would have been 25.00 for each hour after 12 pm. I needed to stay in town to wait for my son and didn’t want to cafe/coffee shop hop, so I opted for the later check-out. I was able to utilize the lobby/lounge area after I checked out until my son was done.

I recommend this Hotel, but pool water was not very clean, Also Hope Jacuzzi fix very soon,

Everything was clean, staff super friendly. The only complaint we have is the pullout bed mattress was absolutely terrible. You could feel every single spring in the bed. Made for a rough nights sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sonesta Hotel. It was clean and quiet. When help was asked for regarding the air conditioning, a staff member was quick to come and help. Everything worked perfectly.

The hotel was conveniently located. No elevator so I changed my room to the first floor

Staff was great. Room was not cleaned very well. Dusty and smelled of wet rags. Ice bucket had a smelly, moldy something in it that was stinking up the room. Put it in the hallway and took 2 days before it was picked up and cleaned. Tv also did not work.

Clean and comfortable property. Affordable and convenient to the freeway.

I paid extra to include breakfast, and it was nothing like what was advertised. The cafeteria is currently under renovation, but this was not mentioned anywhere on the website or at check-in, so the continental breakfast I expected was not available. For anyone with dietary restrictions, be warned: my parents are vegetarian and there was nothing for them beyond fruit, bread, and cheese. If I had known, I would not have paid for it. Check-in set the tone. The staff member did not explain how to request room service, what time check-out was, or when breakfast was served, and the manner was unwelcoming. Housekeeping was another letdown. Our room was not serviced while we were out, with no heads-up that this might happen, which is not what you expect at a hotel. The one bright spot was a staff member named Valeria, who was genuinely helpful and empathetic when I raised my concerns. A newer employee who handled my complaint at check-out was less so, though I recognize they are still learning. If you book here, go in knowing the breakfast may not be what is advertised and that service can be hit or miss.

The bathroom was definitely not very clean.

So close and convenient to our daughter's house. The lighting wasn't so great. We couldn't see into the closet, very dark. No cream or sugar for our coffee. We are older and the toilet is so low, it was extremely hard to get up off of it.

Amazing experience and definitely worth every penny. Mathew is a superstar ! The venue is super clean, staff courteous and polite and everything works! Definitely a 6/5 rating
