The room.was nice, clean comfortable beds, nice sized TV, microwave, coffee maker, and a mini fridge. The staff were very nice and very helpful. There was plenty of parking available. The only draw back was the hot tub was not operational, and there was no free breakfast. There is a Cafe area where you can purchase breakfast items however.

Hot tub was out of order. The hallway carpets were filthy. The rooms are very out dated. They charge for breakfast despite advertising free breakfast. Parking is $10 dollars a day which no one tells you. For the price way better hotels to stay at! Pictures online are very deceiving!

The jacuzzi wasn’t working other than that it was great for the price. I’m used too of staying at Hampton Inn and it was similar experience besides breakfast. Sonesta can improve that by including breakfast. Free fresh made popcorns were plus and coffee all the time. I still had great experience.

The hotel pool was beautiful and heated and well maintained. We definitely would stay here again.

The WiFi wasn’t working. After spending 2 days in a hospital room with my wife, I called down to ask for help with the wifi. The front desk lady couldn’t have cared less and said that she could have someone call me the next day. Well, that’s not helpful at ALL. I’ll be gone the next day. So I asked for some sort of reimbursement and she said she’d have the manage me call me the next day. No call. No reimbursement. Not even a “sorry” or any empathy.

This property does not provide USB charging port for phone. If you choose to stay at this hotel, please be reminded to bring your own phone recharger.
