Breakfast was sufficient. Scent in room, smelled like some type of alcohol

Hallway, carpet throughout building, tub, all need to be upgraded. Hallway appearance looked bad and carpet smelled bad. Tub in my room needs to be replaced. It had been painted over many times. Toilet out dated and would barely flush. Breakfast was minimal. Had to keep asking for staff to replenish the food.

I was told the pet fee was $100, which was almost the price of the room. When I told the front desk agent I’d never seen a pet charge over $50 he gave me a discount but told me this rate was Comfort Inn policy. Since I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and never been charged such a high pet fee, I have to wonder. If this is true, I will be avoiding Comfort Inns.

The hotel is old and well maintenance. It’s outdated and doesn’t have a pleasant smell. There seems to be people living at the hotel with many people going in and out. I did not feel safe.
-
Convenient shops nearby and highways Just the little stuff like toilet fill valve got stuck
-
Needless to say, the was water all over the floor when I was done. Naturally, I slipped and hurt my hip.
-
The hotel was terrible

One step up from being a homeless shelter, police needs to be upgraded, dirty carpeting, tall bars in the towel bars in the bathroom. Breakfast offering was very poor.
-
the staff is quite friendly, and we had access to decent breakfast which is supper convenient the plugs in the rooms do not work
-
Staff were nice and helpful. Had a great time.

Very dated property, not well kept up. Breakfast was a joke. Common area furniture falling apart. Don't stay here unless there are no other alternatives for your circumstances.

Lots of sketchy people in hotel and parking lot. Room was clean and didn’t smell bad.
-
Spacious room. Wifi with no password required to log in. Rug on the walkway and the room looks old. Latino male receptionist was terribly rude and lacked customer service skills. Staff couldn't brief customers on emergency and the use of items in the room. Cleaners knock the door at 10:20 reminding you to be ready to leave. A lot of vagrants walking around the breakfast and reception area. Breakfast was below standard. It lacked variety. You don't expect to pay $154 per night with an additional $50 caution fee held to regret a leisure booking. No value for money.

The facility was clean and very welcoming. Breakfast didn't have an oatmeal option.
