My family and I checked in and within 10 minutes of entering the room we decided to leave and fine another hotel. The floor was disgustingly dirty. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a long time. Some kind of bug crawling around. There were dogs barking intensely. The room smelled horribly musty. There was also an event going on where we felt unsafe and hardly any parking. I went to the desk to tell them we were leaving and no one was there. I waited for a while and no one ever came so we left. Pictures are definitely not what this hotel looks like in person.

The breakfast room at 7:30 am Sunday wasn't open. There wasn't even coffee available. The room was clean and the front desk staff were all fine, but this hotel fails when it comes to all the typical amenities.

When we got there they had us wait saying that our room wasn’t ready it was 3:30p we booked a week ahead

Great staff, location, safety, value Would have liked laundry machine facility somewhere, even in garage. Happy to pay for it, if they ever install machines for guests

I’m sorry there was not much to like about this hotel! For starters we had to be moved 3 times before we got a room that was just ok for our event. We were going to check out on Friday after we encounter all the stupid mistakes. 1) the first room 365 l was doing my room check for cleanliness and no bugs got to the trash cans there was an opened used condom.2) we were immediately moved to 309 and the tv cable was out of the wall no tv! 3) then finally we were moved to room 307 were we rested until we checked out this morning. The air conditioning in 307 was a little too loud but at this point we were tired of all the moving and problems we made the most out of it!

It was just a great experience

We pulled off the highway and were looking for a nice clean place to stay. Reviews weren’t bad. We got in about 9pm, exhausted, and gave the room a quick glance. Newish furniture, looks ok, so we freshened up and went to sleep. That’s when we began to notice things. The toilet that kept its water on way too long when we arrived overflowed in the middle of the night. There are bloodstains on the lampshade and mattress. The mattress seems like it was from the Reagan administration, and had a pillow topper and one sheet over the bloodstains. Ants all over the place. The chair next to the new furniture has its upholstery all ripped off in places. We woke up on limited sleep and got the hell out of there. Didn’t even eat the breakfast because why would I eat anything from that same place?
