Convenient location with easy access to DC. Can walk to casual dining place like TGIs. Only thing disappointing was morning staff around 10am weekdays don’t answer when you call front desk. Went down in person and sure enough lady was there just didn’t want to work I guess. Extended my stay, room hasn’t been cleaner in 3 days, let’s see how long they’ll keep it uncleaned.

The shower temperature was barely warm. The blinds in the room were broken. Not enough pillows or blankets - - bring your own if you stay.

The hotel room was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was near several restaurants and parking was easy.

I did't like the shower due to the fact that the shower water wasn't hot but just lukewarm like pool water outside. I also feel that the pillows were entirely too soft.

Good location, close to a complex with restaurants and a main road There was no hot water and no this wasn’t mentioned at check in. I wanted a partial refund as hot water is a basic accommodation feature and I was told the manager wasn’t in and would be in on my check out day. Then suddenly he wasn’t there. I was offered free breakfast which I don’t eat. I wasn’t interested in anything else other than some refund. Now I have to chase after a manager via email for it.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like was the temperature of the hot water for showers barely was hot. Also the refrigerator was not very cold and there were no controls to adjust it. Also when I booked the hotel I wanted free breakfast for my husband and myself, but they only gave us one complimentary breakfast and we had to pay for the second one. Other than that, the hotel was very nice for our one night stay.

Breakfast could have used more options, but otherwise the place was great - clean, friendly, quiet. A recommended place to stay.

The staff was very professional and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for me because it gave me quick access to the mall, food and nearby towns.

Clean rooms, nice shower, front desk staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Location was great- room was mostly clean. There were some nuts or something on the floor that hadn’t been vacuumed. Bed was comfy and clean. Staff was friendly

Room was clean but furniture is shabby. Furniture up is scratched and worn, and the grating on the AC/heating unit was cracked and some pieces were missing, ice machine on my floor was inoperable for 2 days. The housekeeping is sketchy. I’ve stayed here at least 5-6 times over the past year and housekeeping is inconsistent. One day my room wasn’t even serviced; then they wanted to do it at 6:30pm; I declined. One day you get all your towels replaced, and the next day you don’t. Bed is ok, but the pillows are so soft, you might as well sleep directly on the mattress. The towels have gotten MUCH better. They are no longer like sandpaper. Front desk is always receptive and helpful and professional. Plenty of free parking and close to all types of shopping and dining.

Convenience to shopping and Restaurant. Housekeeping was substandard with beds 1/2 made and one day not at all. Inconsistent housekeeping with unmade beds and towels not being replaced evenly. Reported poor sink draining, toilet not flushing without hold down handle and noisy A/C, only sink was taken care of. Pool, although indoor, was cold. Breakfast for $14 consisted of oatmeal and canned fruit.
