NOTHING. Serious pesticide issue, cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom! BE AWARE of BED BUGS we got bite at first night, claim was filed with booking.com even property manager denied having bugs issues! Located far from Puerto Banus, Parking is a headache and services are very poor managed!!!

The staff was super nice, polite and helpful. The hotel is huge with a very nice swimming pools - one of the best I have seen. Food was good, rooms were very clean and spacious, good value for this money. The days we spent in the hotel, unfortunately it was raining. We couldn’t use the swimming pool so we were looking for other alternatives, but other than that there is nothing to do… pool table and tennis tables were outside so they were covered because of rain. Spa - additional cost, closed on Mondays and open hours very short in other days. Anyway the cost was quite high for hotel guests. Bringing some attractions indoor like a pool table or tennis table is not a big deal. Anyway, the location was fine for us as we had a car but if you don’t have a car, there is nothing around to see or to go to.

The paint was all flaking off the ceiling,there were live cables just hanging out of the walls. The pool was filthy with foot wide strip of mould all around it ,canopy in bar area were all broke and hanging down.carpets were rotten and paint stains on them.Tried to book another hotel that night to get out of there but being Saturday they were fully booked so left the next day as quick as we could.

Cosy and nice atmosphere. Staff was very polite and helpful ❤️ We arrived and almost all the entertainment was closed, but I don't consider it a problem because we were only there for one night

The hotel location was okay but that wasn't a priority for us on this particular occasion. The front desk person who helped us was very nice and while check-in did take longer, he was courteous and got us sorted as quickly as he could. For a four star listing I was a little dismayed to see the state of the room. It was very tired, the beds were quite thin and the room wasn't clean. We found a nasty, dirty cup used as an ashtray on our patio and there was mold and the shower leaked so badly we had water running into the hallway. The kitchen was bare so not really able to cook anything had we wanted to. They were out of things at the bar so couldn't get the drinks we wanted (barman was lovely though). And the breakfast, while plentiful, was a bit rough as well. If I had seen a 3 star rating it would have made more sense. Not a place we'll be running back too.

We liked everything about this hotel! The room size was great, the hotel buffet was superbe in the evening and morning. The staff were spot on, bilingual to help my poor local language skills. The pool was diffenely, refreshing in size and shape with plenty of seating area in the shade and sun. The only part of the stay we didn't like is we should have booked our stay a bit longer, and there was construction on the road adjacent to our bedroom, I would hope it will be completed the next time I come back.

The hotel was very nice, good food too. The room was fantastic the only negative point was that the aircon did not work. They were unable to change me rooms as the hotel was full, and as I only stayed for one night they compensate me with a free lunch. Apart from this incident the room and hotel was good
