This hotel was soo expensive!! And for what? A pool? I would never go here again! The neighborhood was terrible. I don't understand why anyone would go here for how expensive it was.

The location was good and the facilities were good There was not clean on the hallways, there was a lot of dust and hair.

The hotel and all the ammenities are fantastic. We were there for a few days on our honeymoon and had a great time. We had a marvelous view from our balcony, the room is big, very clean and comfortable. The food was great as well with diverse options and the ladies at the restaurant were really kind.

M. Tarik at the reception is very professional. Welcoming and dedicated to the clients. The cleaning lady of floor 1 has entering our room at 11:08 AM without warning, whereas there were the sign "Do NOT DISTURB" on the door. She just knocked the door and entered immediatly without waiting 2sec. This is pure violation of privacy. When I told her that this behaviour is inapropriate she became crazy and was shoutting at us, saying that the check out is at 11am! What a rude behaviour.. Message to the Management of the Hotel, please give her a minimum of training and explain her how to behave with clients without violating their privacy.

Great hotel, very big rooms, extremely clean. Kettle and mugs with possibility to make tea and coffee. Refrigerator in room. We got room with beautiful sea viewing garden view, very quiet. Fantastic breakfast and dinner in wonderful restaurant with sea views. Bathtub tube was missing.

Very nice hotel. Spacious and very clean rooms. Convenient HB option. I had a room facing the highway and unfortunately the noise level was quite high despite 2 sets of windows with double glass.

If not for the food provided at dinner being a health hazard would've been a 9/10.

Clean Location

Also be advised that the beaches at this location are all rocks so you'll have to go further to get to a sandy beach.

Comfortable bed, clean, & lovely night receptionist gentleman. Arrived late into the night. Bedroom & bathroom are fairly sparce, no pictures or extras!

Swimming pools were cute but very small. We stayed in a room without a sea view and it was without a balcony (totally our mistake to choose it). It was quite spacious, but the sink broke off after my partner leaned on it. I mean the stone around it literally broke in half! I’ve never seen anything like that before. If you plan to spend most of the time in this hotel and in the area, this is not the right hotel. I never pay attention to bad reviews about food, I’m not picky at all so normally happy with anything. But here it felt like they made a huge effort to make dinners as tasteless as possible. We spoke to the hotel manager who literally refused to hear us or admit it. This manager probably never reads the reviews here! He promised to us though that we are going to have the best dinners we ever had and since then never showed up in the restaurant and never asked for our feedback. :D He did send us a cava bottle though when his sink almost fell on my partners feet, very kind of him!:)) Meals are served on the top floor with no air conditioners, so you can imagine how quick you want to eat and run away from there. Even though there’s a whole floor downstairs with nice tables and chairs and air conditioners which is closed with no access for guests. Speaking of animation (haha), there’s no even a single table tennis or any game machine or anything to entertain kids (and adults). There’s just one little bar (with questionable drinks to buy except for a nice sangria but with great welcoming staff to chat with) which closes at 10pm and doesn’t even have music while open. No infrastructure around whatsoever, just a few small cafes. You need to walk for a while under the heat to be able to cross the road and there’s still not much there. So just either come with a car or pay for taxis to go to Estepona downtown or somewhere else. To sum up, wow! With 100s hotels we’ve stayed in, this was the worst experience ever. Just don’t repeat our mistake and do a proper research before booking!

There was no evening entertainment at the hotel, one of our rooms despite putting out a sign to be cleaned and requesting at reception cleaning, no one came.

If anything charge €5 euros more on the room. It gives a crappy vibe.

Very spacious and clean room Big bed Coffee set The building is big but somehow still cozy 2 pools Excellent breakfast and dinner ( bufet ) Very good price Very kind staff Noisy main street and nothing really interesting in this neighborhood, but its not a problem of this hotel, this is how the location is. Any nice beach, but one beach club 1km away
