The staff and the quiet atmosphere. The bed was uncomfortable, the room cleanliness was not very good, and there was no kettle in the room.

Everything was beyond expectation, the staff were very polit, room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was great and fulfilling, Nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but there's room for improvements here! The outside area looks good and is pleasant. The interior looks a bit outdated!

The view and the pool Although you are a guest you need to pay for accessing the SPA 25 to 30 € No pickup for my luggage when i arrived. The hotel is old.

Price Staff Cleanness Service, I don’t know if this is standard but no luggage service also electric adapter is not for free I bought it for 3 euros and it wasn’t new I guess

Decent clean rooms In booking, it is not clear but when we arrived they said no kids allowed but they can accommodate her for additional 25 euro. But they somehow charged us 3 adults and 1 kid. No compromise from their end. Dont go with kids. Also pictures misleading , the indoor pool is visible in the main pic of hotel but guess what, you also need to pay for it.

Excellent staff, spacious room, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. Did not use the pool, but it looked like a nice relaxing area.

Breakfast was the best I had had for a long time, Beautiful and fresh products and the freshly cooked eggs. Room large and beds comfortable and love the pool view. The pool was lovely and clean. Will definitely be back. If the indoor pool spa was open.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast is good, bed comfortable, good swimming pool. It’s all a bit dated, but the bed is comfortable. A couple of things in the gym were broken. I checked out just to find it in the same state 5 days later. Also I find it quite noisy

Nice beer and evening meals at fair price levels. Hotel is superb, beach is close but with a lot of stones. Pool makes up for this though.

This is one of my go to hotel in Marbella and will certainly be back again. ? P.S only tip I can give is there are two senator hotels one close to Banús, one in Marbella town so make sure you know which one you’re booking because I made the mistake of thinking I booked the Banús one which turned out to be the Marbella town one a couple yrs ago. Silly mistake
