Good small hotel.with friendly staff.

Facilities Room was dirty, dusty and a lot of dead insects on the floor. The wall closes to the room main entrance, the plaster was fallen off.
-
Easy check-in and good location for a short holiday There is no water bottles in the room, would be nice to have especially on the day you check-in would be convenient as you been travelling all day.

Pool and the bed The tv that’s the worst, you need to update it

It is a nice typical hotel with a moderate size pool for summer vacation. The pool and sun beds were available and there were no crowd. We enjoyed the breakfast, there were some options and it was worth having. The A/C in room was working effectively. Everything was ok. We had a pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Distance to public transportation is good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Floors were routinely dirty/needed to be swept or mopped more thoroughly.
-
Absolutely nothing! Encountered a big cockroach at night in room !plus no one helps with luggage !

The staff is friendly. Wifi connection is available, but the often poor. The pool is nice, but a bit cold. The buffet is good. If you like going to a beach, I recommend you look up beach bar Heaven at Punta de Saladillo. You can get a beach bed and umbrella for €10 a day, the beach is nice and Heaven has good food. Beach shoes are recommended because of the many small rocks while getting in and out of the water. You can buy the shoes at the supermarket next to the hotel. The supermarket is well stocked. Check out restaurants Nom and Caravan nearby. There was no water cooker in the room. You have to pay €2.50 a day to use the safe which is already in the room. The fridge takes days to cool drinks, you cannot adjust the temperature. You have to pay €4 for each pool towel. You have to pay €15 a day for the parking at the hotel. Luckily there is sufficient parking in the area, so private parking is not necessary. There are not enough umbrellas at the pool area and there is not enough staff to clear and clean the tables or to help the guests. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms, mainly because the door is kept open during cleaning.

Very clean, good price and plenty of restaurants in the local area. The staff were great and very welcoming. The gentleman on the desk was a one man 24 hour machine? Nothing

It's very hard to find reasonably priced accomodations that are not sketchy. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe here. This hotel was nice and although older, was clean and well-maintained. The food that was included was good, not fancy, but hearty with a lot of options. For example, breakfast options were typically a fruit/yogurt area, toast area, coffee machine, cold meats and cheese, hot area with eggs, bacon, sausages, beans (for the Brits), and vegetables. They have a griddle where you can get eggs to order, and also some sweet items like doughnuts and pastries. So a really solid breakfast for sure! The staff was exceptionally nice. The wifi speed was excellent. The pool area was also very nice. Also, there is a great shopping area just a 2 min walk - with a supermercado and multiple dining options. I used the store to stock my mini-fridge. For me, the bed was a bit hard. I do understand that is personal preference. I also had some issues with my hair dryer. I ended up borrowing one from the front desk. But the hotel did send someone promptly to my room to check on the hair dryer when I told them I had a problem. That responsiveness was appreciated! One other thing to be aware of if you are traveling solo or just with your family, this hotel does have tour groups that come through, it can make it a bit hectic at breakfast if you end up in the dining room at the wrong time. That being said, there is plenty of overflow space outside on the nice terrace.
