The chwck in staff was beyond amazing! Hotel was within steps away from Worthy Brewery which was a great place to have a nice meal after a long trip. Breakfast the next morning was good, maybe could've used a few different items, but it was enough. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, especially the pool and spa area, the common areas and the room. Breakfast was ample, if typical for hotel breakfasts. Team members are friendly and helpful, especially the check-in clerk at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again as I travel to Bend occasionally on business. I was satisfied with the price I paid and more than satisfied with the quality I received.

It was my first time in Bend, wasn’t sure what to get hotel wise! But I’m happy with my choice! Staff was super friendly and helpful ! Definitely will return !!

Quiet. Day and night.

Booked and paid for this room several weeks before a busy weekend. Nowhere did it state you must be 21 to check into the hotel. At 20 years old I didn’t think there would be an issue. Hotel staff just said it’s policy and I could contact Expedia to get a refund. Expedia then called the property and was told there was no one there that was able to approve the refund. But hey they’ll send me a email. Had to scramble to find another hotel in a super busy weekend in Bend. Had to pay a lot more for a room.

The room was so clean! Plenty of room and a king size bed. I did have a bottom floor room, and being the first time traveling alone I asked to switch to a second floor room. Nikki , at the desk, was very understanding and switched me to the second level. She was amazing and I really appreciated her help! She really cared!

This was our second time staying here. The front desk lady was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we arrived. The first room we were given wasn't clean and smelled like Marijuana as soon as we opened the door. We actually were thinking someone was still in there so we quickly closed the door and went back to the front desk to get a new room. We were obliged right away. Funny thing though, we were given the exact same room that we stayed in last time in which we only gave 3 stars. The bed was still noisy everytime one of us moved or turned over. The TV was difficult to operate and we're not fans of pocket doors in the wall for the bathroom and the A/C unit was VERY loud. We did take a peek at the outdoor pool which we were completely unaware of, was beautiful! Wished we had brought swimsuits!
