The TV was too small and the remote didn’t always work. We were given a room right next to the ice machine, vending machine and washer/dryer room where you can hear someone getting ice or a drink in the middle of the night

Love this motel. Great breakfast, friendly staff, and close to St Charles Medical Center. Close to great restaurants and easy walking to shopping.

This property is not being renovated and kept up to its best. It’s still usable but I believe the rate charged for a room is above its value. Attention to details like cleanliness, adequate supplies, maintenance of HVAC units and fans, clean carpets would give the guest a better experience and the motel a higher rating.

Room was great. Breakfast was so so.

Outdated but clean. If you just care about having a clean place to sleep during your visit to Bend, this is it.

The staff, from the general manager to the front desk team member were excellent, helpful, courteous, and truly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The hot tub is superb. The breakfast was substantial. I like to stay here.

Also - a special thank you to the lady taking care of breakfast. Such a big job wonderfully done. Great breakfast, too. Please let these two ladies know we appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

It was loud in the morning but I don’t think that’s much fault of anyone working at the hotel

Breakfast

Location was good and the staff was generally friendly. I booked this over a month ago and they stuck us in a first floor handicap room with no consideration to change. The sheets were only replaced upon request, and that was not conveyed to us on checkin. My wife’s side of the bed had a dirt stained sheet. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel. Lots of instant eggs, sausage, waffles and generally no variety. The staff made the waffles for you in the little iron and cut them into forths. Two juice choices and lots of fats and starch.

Staff was so nice, breakfast was good, room was comfortable and clean. Mattress and pillows were just too soft.
-
The staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was noisy. The apartments next door had loud music playing. That made it hard to sleep.
-
We travel here for medical care and after trying a few other places, this one was the quietest, confortable and cleanest one for us. And our check-in gal is always there to greet us with her big smile!
