Staff was very friendly.

The room was very roomy the beds were super comfortable and the staff was really helpful I had issues trying to figure out the television and they came to the room to explain it to me the breakfast was wonderful also

When I arrived, the hair dryer did not work, the toilet tank had no water and the body wash pump was non existent. I let them know via text and was told the front desk would contact me. The tv remote was difficult as well. No one contacted me. The breakfast was nice and the bed was sufficient. I would not recommend.

Rooms were clean but beat up. Carpeting was bunching up in the hallways as well as room. Remote didn't work even after batteries were replaced. Breakfast was good and staff was attentive.

Awesome pool, great breakfast

The room was clean and nothing more or less than I expected. It was a little overpriced, but considering there was a concert going on at the time, it made sense. The carpet in the hallway was at least two or more years overdue to be changed. Was definitely noticeable that it was in really bad condition. I saw many staff and they were always working hard around the entire hotel, but there were definitely things that still needed attention. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, the space was fine, the mattress was very comfortable, and the staff was nice. My daughter wanted to go swimming and for a little bit. But even at 10:30 in the morning, the outdoor pool was pretty filthy. The hot tub had water that needed treatment as it wasn’t even transparent. The big pool had junk, leaves, and other variations of things on the floor of the pool and likely hadn’t been vacuumed in days. I would stay again but that hallway carpet was enough of a turn off to make me think about staying somewhere else.

Carpet in hotel is old, pulling up and lots of rolls. Smells like urine in the hallways, masked with deodorizer. First room wasn’t very clean. Visible stains on couch and chair cushions. Pull out couch bed did not work, paid for a room with additional sleeping arrangements besides just one bed. No phone in room, broken fixtures in bathroom. AC unit wouldn’t work longer than 5 minute bursts, was hard to maintain a comfortable temp. Front desk employee didn’t seemed bothered by the couch bed not working, and in fact knew it was an issue prior to me bringing it to her attention. Brought it up the next morning, second employee was more helpful. At first said they didn’t have any other rooms they were fully booked but when I noted that there were websites stating they did, and one comparable to the room we were in she was able to “talk to a manager to see if she could move us”. We got moved to a room, exchanged keys and upon opening the door it hadn’t been cleaned, and looked like it had been lived in for days. It was filthy. Went back to the desk, oops wrong room, and made it into a room. It was nicer looking. Still stains on the couch and chair. Stains on room carpet. Dishwasher was filthy inside, dishes in cupboard had food residue on them. Shower would randomly expel water multiple times. Room temp, either freezing or hot and smells like something is burning. Pool was dirty and couldn’t access restrooms at pool bc it was used as storage. Overall not what was advertised.

Older but well maintained hotel.

Cons: The mattress was ok but not great. The wood headboard is pretty but SO dirty. The chair in the room needs cleaned. Please update the carpeting in the hallways . It is terrible.

This is a moderate stay, rooms very clean, wonderful staff and breakfast choices. Carpets in hallways need to be cleaned or replaced, but other than that it was a great, affordable stay for what we needed. (Close to St. Charles Hospital) They have a pool area that looked very nice and clean as well. I would stay again.

Good breakfast, Plenty of good eating nearby. Quiet. Small room. Strange layout with unavoidable half-story of stairs that made it really painful for my mobility-challenged wife to move between the room and the lobby/breakfast area, so we'll skip it if future for that reason, but I didn't reflect that in the rating, since most people wouldn't care. But I'd advise the establishment and hotels.com to make that clear before booking.

Great stay

The best breakfast ever! Friendly staff. Fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies available all day. Free fresh fruit and bottled water.

I was in town because a family member was in the hospital. The staff were very helpful cleaning the room when I was out so I could stay in the room and relax between odd times I did not need to be at the hospital. Breakfast was more than adequate and I'll admit that the cookies at the desk helped too since I missed a few meals to stay at the hospital. The drive thru approach to the front door with the cart was convenient during arrival and leaving. Note the shower and bath were clean and the updated fixtures (shower head on a snake) made it easier to get truly clean. Note that I walk with a cane and everything was accessible and the elevator made treks from the room to my vehicle easy. There was parking (and handicapped parking) near the front entrance that was well lit. All and all a nice place to stay.
