Hotel is fine, but it has seen better days. Carpets are dirty, walls are damaged, Hot tub wasn’t hot… Analogue TV in 2026 was a surprise.

When I first arrived I had to wait at the front desk for over ten minutes until someone finally came to help. Had just spent all day driving and just wanted to get to my room. Only complaint I have. Everything else was good

I loved the staff, friendly, kind, and helpful. So I hate giving a poor review, but this place has been neglected. The hall carpet was stretched out with wrinkles running the length of the hallway. Everything showed years of ground in dirt. We had to throw sheets over the furniture and use them as slipcovers. The carpet could not hide the amount of stains. The dishwasher was broken, the only key access, for late entry, that worked was the front door. It was disappointing.

Cleanliness The TV remote didn't work. We went to the front desk thinking the battery was dead. It was never paired to the TV. You had to stand next to the TV to change channels, power on and off

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The bed needed a new mattress. It was sunk in the middle and had no support. Bathroom was poorly designed.
