It’s about what you’d expect from a motel 6. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The area had quite a few homeless and a strip club right next door which leads to some questions about activities there…. It served its purpose for a quick 1 night stay before we continued to our ultimate destination.

Pretty clean. Updated furniture and such.

Staff was wonderfully helpful, room was clean.

Clean room and area nice pool

Old, creaky building with ancient rickety loud a/c. Very basic - no shampoo/conditioner, no hair dryer. Clean enough but would not return.

This Motel 6 has been updated a fair bit. You can still see the old place underneath, but I will say that it’s pretty good. The location felt safe despite the fact that it is on the edge of the main strip, and there is a burlesque club next door. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We had a couple of needs that were addressed immediately. The pool seemed to be in working order, however we did not use it. There seems to be a wide variety of customers from vacationers to monthly residents. It’s a good place to stay overnight for a great price. The staff gets the gold star tho!

I arrived after a 7.5 hour drive. When I went to check in, they said they did not have a room for me despite me holding a confirmation email. Town was sold out. You have got to be kidding me

Very standard motel. Clean enough, good price, helpful front desk attendant. Don't expect luxury.

Very friendly staff and easy check in

This hotel is in a questionable area and that’s putting it nicely. Check in was easy, the pool looked clean from the parking lot and the staff member at the desk was nice. That’s about to where the positives stop. Our room was just ok, beat entirely up and we booked a king room, but our bed was a full size at best. The other couple we were traveling with had the room next to us and the air conditioning didn’t work. They asked to be moved and the staff said they were booked and couldn’t move them. We asked for a refund so we could leave and go somewhere else and they then said they could cancel someone else’s reservation and move them to a different room. I am fully convinced they were going to clean that room and put the next arrival in there and just hope they didn’t notice the AC wasn’t working. It was like 89° in Bend. As we unloaded after shopping, I felt like people were watching us and lurking around. With the AC not working and how unsafe we felt, we just decided to eat the cost and leave. Staying there wasn’t worth it. It was cheap CHEAP compared to other Bend hotels but there is a reason it is and you get what you pay for but we just didn’t have the stomach for it. They did agree to refund us for the room with the non functioning AC but not ours because our AC was fine. As if it’s reasonable to expect one half of our group to stay somewhere else and us stay there when we are in 1 car and traveling as a group.

Desk staff looked homeless and bra- less Room had no coffee maker or amenities and the refrigerator was cool but not cold My new truck alerted me 6x during the night, curious people looking inside and around the truck activated the security cameras 6x between 9pm and 5am. Bad neighborhood

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean and pet friendly rooms (they even had dog biscuits at the front desk). Clean and well kept area to walk pets. Worth staying at again.

Rooms were spacious and really clean. Staff were amazing especially the receptionist team who couldn't have been more cool and helpful. Easy parking, easy location

It’s a motel 6. Which could mean hit or miss. This one was a miss. Very dusty, bathroom fixtures breaking off, everything, besides the nice new big tv, was just old and run down. The pillows were literally flat. And tons of noise from other rooms until like 2am (which I know isn’t the hotels fault, but I think the price drew in a bad clientele). And in a really bad part of town. Will not be returning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only real complaint would be the homeless population that was constantly present. I was uncomfortable swimming in the pool with the homeless men that were coming up to the cigarette stand and looking through it right next to the pool.
-
Terrible place to stay, beds were incredibly uncomfortable, people were partying in their room as well as the parking lot after 10pm. AC made load clicking sound making it impossible to use while sleeping. Do not stay here, just sleep in your vehicle.

The floor has not been mopped. My son’s foot was completely black from how dirty the floor was within 5 minutes. The bathroom smelt like urine. My kids both started to get bumps on them after the first night. Mind you we didn’t go anywhere after checking in. Also, the internet didn’t work good on the tv. I tried to go on YouTube & Netflix, nothing loaded.

We stayed in a three-bed room. Beds and AC were nice. Room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned; the floors had not been swept. The towel bar fell off the wall.

Place was clean and pretty quiet. Some homeless people walking around nearby, walkable to Hayden homes but may have to walk by some sketchy folk.
