Located off Highway 97, this motel is 2 miles from the shops at the Old Mill district. This property offers a 24-hour front desk and nonsmoking rooms with free Wi-Fi. A microwave, fridge and coffee maker are provided in each room at Motel West. The simply styled rooms also include a cable TV with a new flat-screen LCD TV. West Motel is a half-mile from Deschutes River and the Bend Convention & Visitor Bureau, ideal for outdoor activities. Drake Park is a 5-minute drive away. We now offer faster premium wifi service as we recently installed Fiber Optic Wifi on our property greatly increasing our wifi speeds.

Kind of run down, bathroom door knob would stick. Not very roomy and a bit on the drab side. Not easy to find either

A nice, comfortable place to stay in Bend. The room showed a lot of care and attractive personal touches in the decor and on my 8-day road trip this was the only motel with a mini-fridge that had a separate freezer - very useful! I messed up my booking by a month (oops) and the owners very graciously charged me for just one stay. Great motel and management, would definitely stay here again.

I just had a 3-night stay at Motel West in Bend. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean with updated tile. The coffee maker and mini-refrigerator were useful. This is a great motel for a budget price. Would stay here again.

Staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early after our 40-mile bike ride into Bend. They also recommended the great food truck court and lovely bar just a block away. Motel was clean quiet, and comfortable. And it was just 2 blocks from the bus station from which I started my bus and Amtrak journey home.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a strong scented smell to the room, like incense so I had to air it out. I did get a headache from it. Tge ved was very firm for me so I was awakened to pressure point pain. The toilet also rocked and the seat slid.

I enjoyed being on the ground floor- but from 4:00am till 6:00 am I could hear the footsteps of people above my room. Not sure much could have been done about that but it did interrupt my sleep. I would stay here again.
