Located off Highway 97, this motel is 2 miles from the shops at the Old Mill district. This property offers a 24-hour front desk and nonsmoking rooms with free Wi-Fi. A microwave, fridge and coffee maker are provided in each room at Motel West. The simply styled rooms also include a cable TV with a new flat-screen LCD TV. West Motel is a half-mile from Deschutes River and the Bend Convention & Visitor Bureau, ideal for outdoor activities. Drake Park is a 5-minute drive away. We now offer faster premium wifi service as we recently installed Fiber Optic Wifi on our property greatly increasing our wifi speeds.

Plumbing needs some help. Cold faucet runs hot, hot faucet runs hot. Finally got the cold to stay cold!??

It is as you expect but was clean and well kept and had just the few amenities we needed. There was a coffee pot (which we repurposed and got our own coffee and filters), a microwave that worked fine and a small but efficient refrigerator. The family running it was very helpful and the cleaning staff did a nice job. The parking was fine and there was no hesitation about being there after dark.

We arrived an hour after our check-in time, our room was not ready after I was handed the key. Bedding removed garbage still in the room and door wide open. Went back to the office and was given another room which was exactly like the first. Went back a 3rd time was given another room which was actually ready. The blinds had a thick layer of dust acrossed them when we closed them due to thin curtains. Also there were what appeared to be fleas in the carpet after I was bitten a few different times. Will not use this motel again.

One of the plugins was cracked so I couldn’t even use it. Bugs were found on my towels. Shower and curtain were dirty.

Rooms were clean friendly staff and location is good for not driving far.

Staff was friendly but efficient…..filling out paperwork upon registration seemed unnecessary after an online reservation was made & prepaid.

It is a cheap motel with no breakfast. I will look further next time, Motel 6 may have been a better choice.

Run down motel. Layers and layers of paint over everything, the doors were almost painted shut. Smelled like cigarettes. Hair in the shower.

Highly recommend to friends & family coming into Bend.

Kind of run down, bathroom door knob would stick. Not very roomy and a bit on the drab side. Not easy to find either
