We love this place! Front desk is amazing! Where else can you have a beer poured on tap while you’re checking in!

It was clean and no street noise where we were. Doors slammed shut which you could hear around you. The pool is in the middle of the parking lot.

Great

Great location! Visited Smith Rock, The caves, and went to downtown Bend for a walk at the park.

It’s very deceptive to say that it is a HOTEL… They asked my preference : level 1 or 2 for the room - I answered 2 so I got level 1 : why bother asking ? Rooms felt really cheap - they’re surfing on the expensive Bend OR market This Motel is not worth it Never again

Victoria at the front desk was amazing she went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be. No elevator to second floor but it was worth it if your able to go up stairs

Great location

The service was good and the facilities were very clean. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and everything was neatly prepared in the room at arrival. The pool is in a weird spot, at times it feels like you are swimming/tanning right off the main road.
-
The room was very clean and nicely appointed, the facility conveniently located, the amenities perfect (hot tub and pool), pet friendly and affordably priced.

We didn't use the bar, but all was as expected. Black Bear is not our breakfast choice, so we didn't eat. Room was good.
-
comfortable beds. Bar and fire pits were nice touches
-
Very nice staff. Lobby was cool Rooms were very dark, no closet, no vibe. It's a dressed up road motel. Rooms should be cleaned daily for the asking price.
-
Everything especially the location and ample free parking on Hotel site.

Room was clean and up to date. Parking was easy. Good location.

Very clean, spacious and modern design & feel

Not some big corporate chain. Super clean and modern rooms. Massive tv! Comfortable beds and hot water. Ac worked great and the pool was easily accessible. Bar in the lobby. Zero complaints. Would stay there agin for sure.

It was a great property!

It looks kinda funky and industrial, but the room was very comfortable with good functionality. The beer taps behind the front desk and the food truck in the parking lot were fun. Walkable to downtown for the motivated. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained but they are basically in the parking lot. More chairs and maybe some shade would be good, the pool deck was somewhat barren.
