Quiet location. Comfortable bed and the facilities were up to date and clean.

Staff was great and very helpful.

The style and updates to the motel were really nice. The fire pit, swimming pool, and hot tub were all lovely. The size of the room was generous & comfortable for a family of 4.

Great place, clean, nice amenities like hot tub/pool, fire pits, bar, and close to downtown. Nothing but a bit pricey for no breakfast (compared to other places we stayed in Bend).

Waypoint is a lovely contemporary stay. All the amenities you would want including fire pits, full bar and lovely rooms. At a great price. Close to restaurants etc.

Great hotel!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly! We loved the spacious rooms. We had 4 adults in a 2 King bed room and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the options for drinks and food located right on the property and the fire pit area outside was very welcoming! The pool and hot tub was very nice and clean as well!

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. One downside for my stay is either the city failed to mention to the hotel or the hotel didn't mention they would be doing overnight paving on the road right behind the rooms. They were ripping asphalt out and pounding the ground till at least 1am that night. I didn't get barely any sleep that night before I had to be up at 4am. It has nothing to do with the hotel staff or the room though. Just unfortunate circumstances that I wish I could have avoided

Good location. Clean. Spacious Room. Nice firm bed. Not enough bed covers, we wondered what happened to the comforter, the comforter was a white sheet with a thin blanket in between. It was not enough covering so we were cold during the night. Also, in the morning housekeeping started knocking on our door before checkout time and a man actually entered our hotel room after the first housekeeper stopped by thinking we were out before we checked out! It felt very intrusive.

All of the hotel staff were incredibly sweet! The room itself was very spacious Aswell. Walking distance to a few grocery stores as well as local food spots. All the amenities were very accessible. I would definitely choose to stay here again. The ac was a bit tricky it wouldn't stay on but it still kept the room cool when we would return throughout the day.

Loved the location, the huge room, the pool and the bar area. Would have been a 5 star, but air conditioner in the main room made a loud noise off and on all night.

We came to town for a wedding. The style, price, and location of the Waypoint is perfect for us.

There was leftover cake and half a case of water in the fridge.

Room had a very comfortable bed and alot of storage room for luggage, cooler, etc. Reception staff was helpful and courteous. Location was a few minutes car ride from downtown Bend. Pool was a decent size. Everything was great
