The room was clean and the air conditioning was super cold (had to turn it off at one point). The parking was a little cramped but I still found parking everyday. Overall a nice little spot.

The room was immaculate and decorated creating a warm feeling. I can't speak enough about staff, Welcoming, extremely helpful and friendly in answering questions about restaurants, outdoor activities and much more. I will definitely stay again and again at Waypoint.

Everything worked Clean and accomidating

Loved the setup of the room - accommodated all we were traveling with well because we had the dog. Loved how they left a sheet and dog biscuit for our dog too - making sure we all felt welcome. And loved that we could get back from our family night and walk to the front desk and grab a local beer or cider. Such a nice bonus! Only thing I didn't like was not realizing there was a pool and hot tub so we didn't bring our suits. But that's on us - not the hotel. :)

Nice overall

I’m pretty sure the shampoo, hand wash, and body soap are all just the same liquid.

Clean and comfortable rooms, we slept well. Good location. No breakfast.

The air conditioner was terrible made loud noises and shook at night so no sleep for two days. We let the staff know hopefully they fix it. The staff was wonderful and the room itself was great!

The room and the property were super clean, which I appreciated. It also had a really nice pool. The staff was pleasant and helped us with check-in and kept us up-to-date. My only complaint was that it was very loud and I could hear people going up and down the stairs, walking above me and the elevator moving through throughout the night.

My favorite spot to stay in bend!

Bend is a lovely, dynamic town however we did not expect to stay there so our reservation was very last minute on a Saturday night. Maybe that is why we were charged $427.65? At that rate you expect better.

I love that we could check in before 4 PM. The front reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. On the negative… I was deeply disappointed that the pool maintenance person over saturated the pool the night before with an unsafe amount of chlorine. On the positive side, the gal who was monitoring it was top-shelf and making sure that the levels were safe before people were allowed to enter it.

nicely appointed hotel with great common areas

Great stay at Waypoint. Late check-in after concert wasn’t a problem and bar was still open for a nightcap. We didn’t use the pool or spa but it looked nice and we might have of we were staying longer. Room was super clean and looked nicely renovated and decorated with modern furniture.

Nicely renovated rooms. Very quiet, very close to downtown. Highly recommended.

The reasons I am giving 3 stars for an “okay” stay: Directly behind our room was construction the entire room vibrated as they jackhammered into the road. They should provide guests with notice and provide a discount. This is not a hotel, it’s an updated motel. For $300 a night thats a steep price to pay. The mattress was hard as a rock. My husband and I could not fall asleep we were so uncomfortable. Since they invested in updating the rooms and lobby, the mattress would be the most important. Bathroom products were not allergy friendly and scented/caused skin irritation. Shower pressure was non existent. Yes, there is a pool and hot tub, but it did not motivate us to swim. Very motel 8 layout of parking lot, rooms and pool.
