Waypoint Hotel

Great stay for the value! Prime location that is both easy to reach by car right of the freeway, and walking distance from the riverfront and downtown Bend. Very friendly staff with a very cool atmosphere and local beers & cider on tap in the lobby. Room was clean and well laid out, and the Hot Tub was open until 10pm, even in late September. Overall, very pleased with this stay and plan to return on my next visit to Bend.

Our room was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Hotel is at a great location. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They gave us helpful tips and notified us immediately when we left something in our room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great modern hotel and great space for my dogs and place for them to go potty outside. The beds were fantastic and so comfortable. In fact, what mattress do you use for your beds Waypoints?. My only small concern is it is a bit small walking space between the beds and the closet and desk furniture.

The rooms are set up well with room to move around. There is plenty of shelves and hooks for hanging clothes and putting things away. The bathroom is a nice tile shower.

We had an exceptional two nights at the Waypoint. The room was spacious and clean - with room to spread out and relax. We received great recommendations for places to eat locally. Another night we were able to gather in their courtyard and enjoy the fire. If there were more stars to give, they would receive them from me.

Liked that the lady at the desk was very helpful and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go.

Super cute updated property with a pool and hottub, cute little bar on site. Close to Bend activities. Helpful staff.

Located on a peaceful, beautiful lake. Chic decor, and our hostess was so friendly.

Staff was spotty at best, some very nice others couldn't be bothered to help. The term "Hotel" seems a little misplaced here for this property, when your door opens to parking lot, I would put that in category of "Motel." The rooms have been refreshed but nothing that actually adds to the comfort. The bed was terrible, don't know that 4 smaller pillows actually exists on the planet for 2 people to share. Towels are old and have so much bleach/soap on them you almost need another shower from the first shower after you attempt to dry off. The water pressure in the shower was actually amazing, that is a big plus for me on this trip. I give this a 1/5 stars as I don't believe the experience matches the price, for the money I will be looking for other accommodations next time in Bend.
