We stayed in rooms 224 and 225. Beautiful river view, central to all we wanted to do. Quiet and comfortable.

Cottages have a bit of a “true crime waiting to happen” vibe about them. Walked in and the room smelled like a vet clinic…a bit like kitty litter. Found hair in bathroom and on sheets. Many dead insects on the floor. Corners of floors caked dust and filth. They require you to clean and put away the silverware that you use…something that some may not take seriously judging by the looks of the furniture. TV on the wall is so crooked that you have to turn your head to the side to see it straight. Not a great experience. That being said, the view of the river is great and the bed was good enough.

the location on the river was great. The room smelled ok. When we messaged on the app we got quick responses. The balcony was nice. It was pretty quiet. Cons: The showers were not clean, there was mold in there that we scrubbed out before we used it. The bed sheets had hair and dog fur in them. The room had two air conditioners. One never worked. The other one cut out after two of our three days.

Condo was adequate but very dated. Carpet needs replaced. View was amazing of the river! Location near beautiful parks along the river especially if you like to walk or bike.

Was a little farther out of the bustle parts of town then originally thought, but not the end of the world.

Property and room views were great. Just the room was not properly cleaned. Hairs in the bed, crumbs on the couch and tables. Other than that it was good.

Great location. Comfortable and clean

Great stay, enjoyed the view of the river from our balcony!

We loved our room! We loved being ground floor and able to walk to the river in a minute! We took our Service Dog, Lab/Soringer, that happens to love the water and nature. She woke up every morning for her walks and adventures and of course swims! We saw the Goo Goo Dolls, at Hayden Homes Amphitheater … what an amazing show but the Venue especially, made this trip amazing. I’ve fell in love your your property, weather and elegance of your town. We walked the Deshutes River trail, and everything around us was beautiful! We will definitely be back! We hated to leave. Thank you for sharing your hidden treasure and hospitality! Truly

Place was perfect 👌

The location on the Deschutes River was great. Very close to town. Easy to get around and off on the main highway. The room is right on the trail which I was initially concerned about the foot traffic we would experience but there was no issue. Great outdoor sitting area to watch the people and river. The room was pet friendly and had no previous dog odors left behind. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area is great with just about everything you'd need. Only issue was the frig that ran almost all the time and was loud. Eventually it just started to sound like the air was on all the time! The water pressure in the kitchen sink was really bad, like almost none. The room was clean except for the area rug. It's nice to have the rug in front of the bed but it REALLY needed cleaned. Not vacuumed but cleaned. Maybe a rug in front of the door would help from people tracking dirt to it. Bathroom was nice. Very clean. We were there 6 days and only got 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and about 8 wash clothes! They were nice towels but 2 complete sets for 2 people for that long would have been nice. No floor towel for the tub, no dish towel either. The pressure in the tub was really good, not an issue like the kitchen sink. The little things that were bothersome do not detract from this unit (262). We would stay here again.

- great location, walkable and bike friendly - the AC was crucial during 100°+ days - the living room and kitchen were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. - the balcony view of the river was nice. I enjoyed my morning coffee while listening to the Deschutes roaring below. The Not-Good Stuff: - the shower in the en-suite bathroom had not been cleaned, and looked like the previous guest had bathed a dog in it. There was hair and dirt everywhere. - the mattress wasn’t the worst I’ve slept on, but wasn’t exactly comfortable. The pillows were like loose sacks of cotton balls. - the bedroom was dusty and there were tumbleweeds of hair under the bed. Take-Away: - It’s an ok place to stay, but I don’t think it’s too much to expect a clean room and a comfortable bed. - I’d consider staying again, because the price and location were decent enough to outweigh the condition of the room. I’d bring my own pillow next time though.

A lot of stairs to the third floor

Great location. Room was very dirty - one bathtub full of hair and clearly not cleaned, dishes had to never washed

This was a fun stay for us. The walls are thin, but who cares. Its right on the bike trail on the river and was very convenient for getting around Bend. The pool was great, and my kid loved it. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come down.

Really helpful staff

I was on the bottom floor and could hear the people above and they were so noisy I did something I would never do otherwise--I took a broom and pounded the ceiling. So I would recommend an upper unit.

We pretty much liked everything about the place. Would like to come back in the future.

While it was handy to have a well-stocked kitchen, the unit we were in was not what we expected. The queen bed in the description was actually a (relatively uncomfortable) double, and there were only two thin blankets. The pool and hot tub were in need of serious cleaning or updating, and were in a ‘greenhouse’-type structure which made it so hot inside we couldn’t comfortably use them (in July), though I imagine it would be nice in winter. The proximity to the river and many lovely parks in Bend was great, though.
