Amor at the front desk was so helpful and kind! Clean well- managed Just would have liked the spa a little warmer but I understand may be personal taste. My partner asked for an egg without bacon and got bacon but other than that everything was comfortable such a good nights sleep will go again

Staff was good, room was very clean, bed comfortable. We have done lots of traveling all over the world. But we have never had a hotel room as small as this one. There was nowhere to put our luggage that wasn’t in the way and there was a large chair in the way of closing the blinds and a step stool behind the chair that you couldn’t retrieve. It was strange as if they chopped a room in half to have more rooms to rent. And the shower went constantly hot and cold and it wasn’t possible to keep it at a good temperature. For the high price we certainly expected more and will not return. We stayed there years ago and had a good experience. But things have changed, at least for our visit.

Front desk staff was very friendly and also informative. Overall stay there was great and entire hotel was well maintained and clean!

Stayed a week and awesome staff and facilities

This is simply a really well thought-out, modern hotel with all the essential amenities. Especially worth noting --- a large, comfortable lobby which hosts happy hours every weekday, a lovely courtyard area behind the lobby, an excellent staff providing outstanding service, and a great location just a short walk to downtown Bend. I also took advantage of the park across the street that runs along the river, and the complementary EV charging.

It was clean, comfortable, and had a friendly staff. It was located close to a park with a walking path along the river. It had an indoor pool and spa that I enjoyed. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon, and a breakfast in the morning. We didn’t like the breakfast very much.

Location, style, clean, modern, breakfast While having breakfast in the lobby, staff seemed very loud when talking with other guests or co-workers. Such a big space with tall ceilings- realize the sound travels and it could be disruptive. Warm breakfast option was nice but repetitive.

Very nice place, much better than one would expect when visiting Bend for the first time. Great amenities like a pool and a gym, very comfortable rooms. Things here are just peaceful and quiet, so it's easy to unwind just by being here.

Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms and across the street from a park and the river trail to downtown. Friendly shell staff too!

Clean nice natural light and breakfast was good. Nothing

The room was clean and felt fresh! I loved that we had our own little kitchenette even though we didn’t use it. Perfect for a week long stay. The staff were friendly. I was a bit skeptical about an indoor pool/hot tub but it was wonderful. It felt like we were somewhere tropical with the heat in that room. Breakfast was a plus! I will definitely be staying here again.

Would prefer more savory breakfast options. Difficult to manage with dietary restrictions

Shocked and disappointed that no other reviewer mentioned this. Otherwise it's a clean, new-ish, comfortable hotel within walking distance from downtown.
