Dunes Motel

Very clean and freshly updated. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance

Room itself was decent, small, but ok. Shower was not clean as there was a ball of hair on the floor, a dirty wash cloth on the corner of shower, and someone left their personal conditioner bottle in the shower as well. Bed mattress was well used and had ruts where you lay.

Really want ms were clean and cute. Even though updated, maintenance was needed. Mood around the shower caulk.

My husband's only complaint was the water pressure, but otherwise loved everything!

The staff are so sweet and helpful. It was a short stay for us as we were just passing thru. It was a perfect place for us to stay one night. The people who work there are hard and kind workers.

The sheets on the bed had stains. The outside, by the door, smelled like pee. The bathroom smelled like mold. It seems they tried to do a renovation, but did it with cheap labor and materials so that things were crooked or cracked or just looked weird. The tiles in the bathroom weren't installed well, so water was getting into cracks - hence the mold smell. It was probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in for the cost.

Clean room, fast check in! Hot shower, very comfortable bed and clean linen sheets, pillows and blankets! Refrigerator work really well too! New remolded place looks really great

Clean room, great parking, helpful/nice staff

My room was a little dirty and extremely poorly lit. The was dried goo on the chair, weird stain on the sheet, and floor was sticky

Short stay. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Thin walls though. Good location.

It was good room

We loved the suite. The bed was comfortable and the bath was lovely. My one issue was that the hot water would run out before the tub was fully filled. We would fill it till it ran out. Then wait 30 minutes and finish.

Trip to Crater Lake this was a stop on the way. Close to restaurants, room was clean and had a/c. Easy access to continue trip. Just what we needed.

They have done a great job remodeling the rooms. Rooms on the north side of the building are quieter that the south side (I have stayed in both).

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean inside and out. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I am in bend for a weekend!
