Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bend Downtown

for price we paid and could not check in on time. Waited until after 5pm and room was still not ready. We had an event to attend at 5pm. No apologies or offered discount. We will not stay here or recommend to anyone to stay here

The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly - perfect location too! We had a great time!

The breakfast wsa pretty great. Lots of options. The staff were excellent. I bugged them with rather incidenal items and they responded well to whatever I asked about wiht equal importance. Check out was a breeze.

It’s a great place to stay. Easy to get to downtown, Mill District, the river, and everything we wanted to do.

Didn't let us check in until 5pm. Shower had what appeared to be mold and found 2 spiders in the bathroom. Couldn't unplug the alarm clock because it was wired into the nightstand and it went off extremely early. Asked for $10 parking to be comped because of not having our room ready and front desk said no.

Comfortable and clean First lady to help us when we got there a little early to check in acted like we were a bother. She said to come back which was fine, it was the way she treated us...rolled her eyes when he asked if there was restraunt or bar....she said half mile down the road is main st. She was not welcoming in any way. The gentleman there when we did complete our check in was great.

Why do I have to book through Expedia? I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. The claim that they are the only way you can book the room. They are supposed to supply a receipt, but never do. And then Marriott won't provide one either--bad business.

Location was great. Walkable to downtown n easy access to many areas. Nice breakfast. Loved the hot tub! A shade on the window to block light

Friendly staff and clean room. Also, it was very impressive how the front desk person remembered my name and greeted our family every time they saw us. I like everything about this hotel. There was nothing not to like.

Clean room but very small. Far from most places so you will need to drive or Uber. Not my favorite place to stay.

Nice space. Pool is small but wasn’t ever crowded during our stay and was well maintained

No options in Vegetarian diet. Be prepared to eat high sugar options like cereals, bagel, bread, yogurt and muffins.

Hotel was fine, staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was limited and not great in general. Pool area was kinda dingy
